Manipulated stock and im glad I got out at 51p. Every results day brings disaster!
I can see how this share price has exploded over the last 12 months...just a pity I wasn’t on it. I work in Saudi Arabia and ordered items online 7 days ago and have just had them delivered by courier to my work place. Unreal service. Anyone that knows Saudi Arabia will understand that it’s not like anywhere else...no house numbers etc...Customs usually throw post in the bin unless it’s with a courier so hats off to ASOS on this amazing service. The best about it is that it was free delivery. Boom
Double buys to sells today again. Hopefully tomorrow it pays off. 53p high tomorrow I'm hoping.
I can see your point here Kid. Though I feel that the MM have been holding this price back since the last update/ statement. I think any good news on Thursday will send Dixons up 3-6% on the day. Nearly every day since there has been quite a larger % of buys compared to sells. MM are being cautious. I stick to my estimate of 54p by Friday. Good luck all.
Just about the 50p finish is wat I was wishing for. 54p min by next Friday. Onwards and upwards. Only more sells than buys 3 days in the last 3 weeks I think. This is Gona jump if trading statement is healthy. Boom
M&S results aint that bad after all after a quick glance. Ted Baker results are good (as usual). Tescos not as bad as i thought either....hard call! Blue day for retailers is it?
Hey guys, I have a feeling that the negative press for Marks & Sparks and Tesco will backfire today. I can see a decent ftse today. Only guessing though because 75% of the time that markets make assumptions they tend to be priced in. I think it will take drastic results today from Marks & Sparks to send them into the deep red. Dixons finish today 50p and tomorrow 50p. ;-D A few Dojis then a huge jump next week...Text book TA :-P
Yes was worrying to me too. I have researched M&S today because of that worry though I think the bad results are priced in. They have fell 11% in December and there has been several stories released indicating that the results won't be great and there way still plenty of buys flying through Monday Tuesday and today. I have a feeling the market reaction to poor results will not be that significant. Hopefully Dixon's holds the 50p mark by Monday...if so I'll be a happy man.
Well people....Next pulled us out of that terrible uncalled for, downward trend. It was only a matter of time before it was back to the 50p mark. Well done to all who stuck in there. Lot of retail results out this week and next. Let’s hope that some troublesome company does not take us back down with them. I had predicted 52p by end of January though I think 56p is reasonable because I am confident that sale volumes will put sliming profit margins to the back come the 16th. GL all
Hey guys, Just like to wish everyone a happy new year and hopefully a prosperous one at that. Dixon's share price may not enjoy the rally that it has had in the last 12 months though there is still plenty to go in my view hence the reason I got back in after results. End of January = 52p End of February = 56p End of March = 57p End of April 60p I would explain why I feel this is the path for Dixons though the arguments have been discussed here in the last few days and I have consider d the negatives in my analysis and feel that Dixons is a winner for 2014…it will certainly treble the FTSE100’s gains. Good luck to all and again....have a great 2014!
Hey people. Bought in at 49.50p. Gona hold for a few months at least. Dixons price is being forced down because of the negative xmas sales we see on the news. The buys have clearly outweighed the sells from results day. I am confident of +50p mid January. 55p by February. Merry Christmas to all x
Yo Penny, You found a new hobby/job yet hahahahahahaha Congrats to all the people who had the faith (including myself) Nice little 86% profit in the bag
Yes, i think this is a buy for sure. Why did they push the price down when there was so many buys after hours? Any ideas? Over £2 million worth was bought after close??
