I would not be in trouble. I had problems getting into my Account,
August 2021. I phoned and was asked the same question 4X and gave
the same answer. My account was set up years ago by a member
of my family who remembered where I spent my childhood and should
have known my birthplace. HL should have a system with 4 different
questions. ON-LINE Broking should have trained staff to deal with log-in
problems. I was let down and the correspondence I received since is so
shocking that I feel I need a solicitor. MY son and daughter are busy and
I have gone through life sorting out my problems and need to find the
right expert. HL is convinced I must be ????. A HUMAN RIGHTS/ FINANCE
Lawyer would love to help but where is the right one? It is unacceptable
to be swept under the carpet when it makes more sense to be treated
with respect and understanding. I have no access to my trading screen
because I am classified by HL as a gambler in need of counselling?
