must wonder why is Mapp still there? Let's see who cares.

HL Helpdesk Junior wrote a rude letter without heading

HL has shown no understanding and I have lost faith in finance.
In an emergency we need the best. Fast. Royal Mail is not fast.
HL relies on Royal Mail but my account is on-line. My FRR investment
is on-line and any transfer via Royal Mail would be high risk which I am not
prepared to take. I am stuck and need help from the FCA before I make
a move from bad to worst.

Easier said than done. I have been a client of HL since
they came to market . The FSA is concerned that investors
are reluctant to invest. The FSA has no idea what goes on

Soss 613, I wonder how many AIM accounts end up with
nothing in. AIM is unregulated and promoted as IHT perk.
That is unacceptable for the elderly get caught and are treated
like a nuisance by brokers if they ask searching questions.
