Interesting modelling rates for post acidization vertical well at link below. Actually not far off what was achieved for Pensacola.
WN was drilled with WBM thou rather than OBM which is why it didn't initially flow. Hopefully helps you guys with understanding the flow rates. Horizontal well required to achieve maximum flow, this is pretty standard in the SNS.

Unless it’s a typo in the presentation laxford says 17.5 Mscf/d

Although Laxford flowed it flowed next to nothing so not sure with that one.
I think someone on here (maybe Tony) had it confirmed Rathlin were arranging funding.
Ujo confirmed kit has been purchased.
They’ve said drilling later this year so bit more patience required.
In the meantime just got to hope for positive results at Deltic next month.

No, my opinion is they will probably use the same rig as before.
The only thing that would delay it is the long lead items like wellhead and casing / tubing strings. Hopefully they have some stock or these were ordered last year.

I've not seen any news on the permit amendment either - that could cause a delay if not issued by the EA.

Yeah just a PR stunt for the NS licenses on the back of the Deltic news. My timeline on the farm-out process is an update within 3 months with aim of it being completed within 6 months. Drilling possibly in Q4 24.

Haha understand that - each individual got their own plan. My plan was always to see out a horizontal well - I cannot see the SP being around the 20's once that's been drilled and we move on to testing. (providing test results good at Pensacola)

Hi Uggy - yes looks promising - hopefully the well test will be a success. They are pretty much in a similar position as us now. Know there is gas there but will / how much will it flow??

Uggy - I’ve same opinion as GP. I did try to find the relinquishment report earlier today for more details but didn’t have any luck in finding it.

I would think so. Be interesting to see how it goes. From memory I think the Ossian well is a bit north/east of this one and it produced a lot of water so keen to see if it’s similar or better at Pensacola. There’s been no evidence of any OWC or GWC at WN so that’s a plus.

Number 5 will depend on the results of the Pensacola well from Deltic. If that well turns out to be successful then it could be a good bit of business. If not, then it’s a write off and would also make people think twice about WN. I don’t see much action here until the results of that well. They are 42 days into an estimated duration of 60-90 days.

Totally agree ref WN. If they get in and start a farm out process then that’s nothing happening there until 2024. Another company in on the license on the cheap, RBD dilution on the license making it less valuable to us shareholders. WN is not at the farm out stage, it’s at the prove up and sell stage, which is the RBD model. Everyone has to remember the work done to date is based on exploration and it’s a learning curve due to a new play. I believe the plan we have for drilling and testing is the correct one and I would like to see that drilled in H1-23.
