Hopefully someone will know.
If WN is sold, then how do RBD release their share of the money through their holding in Rathlin?
Say it’s sold for 200m (just using the figure for ease) then that would be 33,330,000 for the 16.665%. Same goes to UJO. Then the remaining 133,340,000 goes to Rathlin. As RBD has a 59% interest in Rathlin, is it as simple as RBD gets 59% of the 133,340,000? If so how does that money come to be released to RBD? Is there some kind of special payment/dividend made? Or is it locked up in the value of Rathlin as a company?
