I have similar situation with (ii's)
Their shyte system was overhauled and will not let my log in attempts gainaccess.............3 weeks now !
I've been using my phone, to send them messages-it can take 2 working days for them to respond, so weeks can add up!

I just tried their latest recommendation
Log in (in INCOGNITO MODE).....................it worked !!!!! (tried this 10 mins ago )
