I think investors call will wait until the price goes up hopefully because of Morocco,Utah or fuel supply - essential to get a price lift before fundraising which must happen in the next month or so IMO

I think your analysis is correct - it could take months. It is possible that a deal could be done with Hoodoo - maybe that is

why Hoodoo are doing this to get a piece of the pie

IMO some are getting carried away with Utah on the 28th - it is complicated and although I still have hopes it will come off eventually it could be months before an approval - this is realism!

I think the board is desperate to get some good news before organising an IC as they know they are going to be

utterly hammered by shareholders - to give themselves time we may hear that an IC is imminent.

cannot understand why Jason can still be trusted - he used the word imminently twice in that

And all sides are totally corrupt - they will be working out how much each side can get in a new deal

MSC has had its biggest ships built in China so it obviously has enough clout to
order a dry dock for Leandra - this argument IMO also applies to the supply of fuel - i.e
biggest container shipping company in the world - if MSC want it to happen it will
happen, all depends on whether they want it to happen and if so what their time table is.
