After a long time wondering about your, for me, rather different contributions to this site I now have begun to enjoy what you say even though at times I cannot fully understand what you contribute - I like acerbic comments which you sometimes offer I think.

It is not scaremongering to worry about the need for fundraising - the chairman said at least 3 times that it was a concern and of course it is a concern as without the Utah money funds will have to be raised in January 2024. It is the chairman's

open public concern that has caused the shareprice to drop.

JM is an idiotic optimist but the board despite years of false optimism and no results from him have never reigned him in - Very many LTH's have been reduced to holding on and not getting out because we have sunk so low that even though we distrust this company no point in selling with many of us underwater facing astromomical losses at the current price even if it doubled. In such a rotten situation we may as well stay in and hope for the best. " a board of this calibre" - you must be joking!!

thanks for your reply. Thinking about it if Morocco is very near, as the RNS implies , then surely the company would have waited before raising cash - suggests to me that it is another QED imminent I'm afraid.

Surely the open offer success depends on the share price, i.e. if the Utah trial comes off the price should go higher than 1.25p. Here is me naive me thinking this could be imminent!
