understand and hope for your optimism BUT how can anyone have confidence in JM saying he is confident etc -
Mr Imminent who put out a plea for funding implying Morocco etc was around the corner and astonishingly
and dishonestly putting funding from Utah as a basis for the funding - we were 2.2p before the Morocco trial and then it crashed with the pump problem - now even with one Morocco trial done we are not even near 2.2 BECAUSE of the loss
of faith - I obviously hope it all comes off but JM should just be the brilliant engineer he is and never the role he has made us suffer so much from - I also blame the board for allowing JM to mislead us for so long but they have been content
to take their pay whilst so many of us LTH's are drowning underwater
Stockcheque:
It is you who is out of touch stating "...a new BoD of this calibre would cost A LOT MORE. .." - this is and has been a useless and disingenuous board supporting numerous unjustified imminents to support funding from us - the last call at 1.25 pence very strongly suggested that Utah and Morocco was imminent, ( check it out!), and this in my view was the latest shocking betrayal of trust - it bordered on being dishonest.. Even if the Morocco trial comes off this month this board have little calibre and are not worthy of the hundred of thousands we long suffering investors have paid them - many of us have pulled out with great loss and many of us still in have suffered years and years of stress. JM is an idiotic optimist but the board despite years of false optimism and no results from him have never reigned him in - Very many LTH's have been reduced to holding on and not getting out because we have sunk so low that even though we distrust this company no point in selling with many of us underwater facing astromomical losses at the current price even if it doubled. In such a rotten situation we may as well stay in and hope for the best. " a board of this calibre" - you must be joking!!
ColdFish:
how can any of us have any confidence in " ..an indication of good results at an AGM" - just another imminent and we all know have deceitful this claim has been. I just hope that Morocco comes off nothing more.
I am sure comments were removed because they knew many shareholders would post vitriolic comments which would not be good,( and actually not in our interest) on Linkedin- at least JM and co. are aware of how disallusioned and pixxed off
we are if they did not know already
We do not need you two to say the same negative stuff every day - we all are utterly worried sick of this company and the lies and false dawns we have suffered for years and years. It is somewhat patronising to have you bleating on day after day as though we are not aware of the situation - just set up your own club so anyone can join you
Seems to me that this second witness is impressive - he is arguing that there must be mobile oil - if this is accepted or if there is a possibility of mobile oil then I think the drilling will go ahead but an agreement of some kind will have to be made
with Hoodoo - do not think they will be able to make a decision today
I thought today was just about the Hoodoo objection but it was much more than that , cost etc ( I though the drilling had been approved but this hearing was just because of Hoodoo making an objection) - the lawyer for us was incompetent and I hope Steve Byle sacks her and the other guy was pretty useless and unprepared - if we do get through it will be because of the Geologist who was brilliant and in terms of what I thought this was all about he smashed it
"........When is Erdoğan visit to Iraq due !! He is our only hope now as they could agree to disagree lol......"
Was in GKP in TK days - attended and reported on the court hearings etc - got wiped out utterly.
IMO the reason for this collapse is a deal between Erdogan and the Iraq government. They both hate the Kurds
for similar reasons - they are determined to smash the Kurds and also gain control of the oil. So sorry for the Kurdish people
being ruined by their corrupt rulers.

thanks for your reply. Thinking about it if Morocco is very near, as the RNS implies , then surely the company would have waited before raising cash - suggests to me that it is another QED imminent I'm afraid.
If the August meeting decides as you suggest will Hoodoo be able to delay things further by going to Court?
(thanks Crownos and StockCheque for your excellent reporting on all this.)
