How can 17 of you recommend a comment that the BBC are "...the most politically biased news company in existence"? yesterday.
You need to travel more - admittedly when we can! - to China, Tibet, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and many other countries that do not enjoy the freedom of the press that the UK does.
Appalling complacency and shame on all of you!
ShaunP,
In addition to your concerns ably expressed earlier, my main concern would be the sustainability of the very healthy margins. My own view is that these will eventually be eroded over the medium term as the current imbalance in supply/demand in PCR testing abates or due to public sanction, which may occur earlier. It is to avoid the latter that GM and team are being judicious in terms of their communications with the market IMHO

arnold,
the shares were tipped in the investors chronicle last week

Medi,
Your comments prompted me to examine the Trustpilot rating of the main brands and the customer feedback is extremely complimentary!
https://uk.trustpilot.com/
Also, I don't believe that the socioeconomic profile of the average customer would incline them to being part of the shareholding class. Of course, they would need to be existing holders at 2.11.20 in order to qualify for the OO anyway. If you have concrete evidence of customer dissatisfaction please share it with us; otherwise take your deramping to another bb!
Regards
MoK
The £100m investment by the founding family at 57p is a huge vote of confidence in the company by an investor that knows the company far better than any of us.
The downside is that some existing holders cannot hold AIM shares and I estimate this to be 2-6% of the equity (£3.1m - £9.3m of shares) and once this has washed through the market the sp should rally strongly.
Also note the confidence of management in the results presentation given on Thursday - https://webcast.openbriefing.com/nbrown-interim20/
HOLD FOR GOLD
You beat me to it Bladey.
Great deal, fabulous commitment from the founder.
I don't understand why the fees are £6m if the placing is effectively underwritten.
Any thoughts?
No problem Routy, I rarely post on twitter, keep up the good work!
I know both of the fund managers at Blackrock that have built positions and we should all be encouraged that they are both highly experienced and skilled professionals. The exceptional long-term track record of Blackrock Throgmorton speaks volumes imo
Wilson,
Because it was my research posted by me earlier in this thread!

Intrepid,
I think that todays acquisition of Horizon Discovery by Perkin Elmer would seem to endorse your views

Another healthy increase in Pillar 1 capacity announced this pm, +18% 0n 28/10 from previous day to 161,869
https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/testing
Wilson63, dopeink has not included the update from coronavirus.data.gov.uk/testing today. A further increase in Pillar 1 capacity to 137,574
Interesting to note that the main increase on previous trends is Pillar 1 capacity - "NHS, and in England PHE" which has risen to 136,112 on 26/10 from 83,164 the day before.
Evidence of NHS roll-out gaining pace?
antelope, with reference to your post "So it rose 5% yesterday alone, is in an uptrend, and yet is only going to rise another 10% in the next two months even given much anticipated news. I'm glad you're not running my investment portfolio"
If you perceive a 60% annualised return on an investment portfolio to be unsatisfactory I too am glad not to be running your investments

Andy Brough at Schroders on the webinar. Complimentary about this board and still positive on the shares
Acuere,
I would completely endorse your comments.
However, there is nothing that I am aware of to prevent the company from applying for full-list status other than additional costs and management time incurred in meeting the FT Actuaries requirements which are stringent relative to AIM.
This would result in automatic inclusion in to the FT All Share Index and potential inclusion in to the FTSE 350 Index
Shaun P,
NCYT would need to attain a full listing to qualify for inclusion in to the FTSE 350 Index. This is why ASOS and certain other large AIM companies do not qualify.
