15.01 CP - I think,imho, you may be correct in your thinking. I haven't got any spare dosh to put into this but I'm surmising that DW and the board are planning a 2 pronged move here. They give themselves a chance to buy in big numbers and the shareholders are given an opportunity to load up. THEN.....Wham RNS issued and the rest is hopefully good news. It could all be fantasy but I've got everything crossed. It's not like we don't deserve a break. Good luck all shareholders.

Whilst I understand the desire to raise cash I am having difficulty in understanding the concept and the cost of announcing the date and purchase price of the Offer for the the Market to correct the sp in line with that information and the sp sits at its current level until able to deal the new shares at the end of October. DW is dammed if he went to the city and I understand he wants to give Pi and look in after the last CR but the only winner, as usual is the MM.
