Very true, the fundamentals are the key.....

It makes me laugh that I was shot down as a deramper by the over zealous enthusiasts last week for mentioning that the ASX lack of appetite was "concerning".....

On knob "didn't want to be rude" by explaining that I didn't understand investing and that all the institutional investors were waiting for DFS and a full years balance sheet before piling in.....

That is an argument that has some logic, but in general trading terms, the lack of ASX investor appetite, given news is concerning and not what I would suspect the board expected.

Not a deramp, I'm fully invested here and totally convinced that this is a good medium/long term investment, but the ASX reaction thus far is very poor indeed, and difficult to explain. Imo

It doesn't make any sense.....

Ricardo, firstly, thank you for the lesson in institutional investing, inspiring.

ASX expectations, referencing SD's own words, were clearly much higher from the inception - I would imagine even he is surprised / disappointed at the lack of initial and ongoing interest and investment at this stage.

This is not a deramp, I remain fully invested and enthused by GGP, the board, the potential and the long term prospects.....

Merely an observation and honest impression.

A fair and reasonable valuation, above £5, is inevitable (imo)....

Cash and debt free, business fundamentals, a wonderful combination.
