anyone know of the financial benefits to lgen as a 5.1% shareholder in cadbury - judging by the share price its non existant

i am trying to follow your logic.......if they had been sells and you do not trust them then what? should we buy?

i am no expert but directors dont tend to buy nearly £400,000 of their own companys shares if all is not well -we may be surprised by the results due out on the 9th Feb

with lgen one of the main shareholders of shanks i thought the price would have moved higher since the takeover talks there..... a delayed move in the pipeline hopefully as shanks may become the subject of a bidding war.
