Yeah, i don't think it's a too big concern because the SP would've fell a lot more. With every uncertainty especially for the big investor you'll always see a slight drop from risk factors. They had a 3-0 vote in agreement so it's very positive and all signs are showing for an approval. Still not 100% they'll get approved but it's very likely they will. If they were declined i wouldn't want to imagine the drop we'll have to face. That's the risks we take as shareholders :)

Hi Manic, shame you didn't get into 888 for this month. I have about 25k shares in 888 but i will sell after the Nevada license and get back into BPTY. I'm not too sure if you'll see that big an increase for bwin this month being that they don't have any good news such as 888 although you could profit from the swings. You basically need to hope the volumes keep the SP up. BPTY will up for the Nevada agenda any month soon being that they have already waited 13 months. Most companies tend to get on the agenda within 12 months but it can take 12 - 16. I'm hoping the SP falls for Bwin so i can get in on the cheap :P

Morgan Stanley recently predicted the SP might quadruple for 888 and BPTY with the US opening up. Would be in the long-term tho and i would have to agree. But as Burntfinger pointed out nobody really knows as you can already see 888 has smashed all broker predictions.

Most welcome. In regard to New Jersey BPTY had a nice 15% increase in 1 day. The big one will be California being they are the biggest state with a population of around 40million. They have submitted 2 bills. Bill 51 for online poker the other bill for internet gambling. Before the news hits the press you can monitor it directly from the gov sites below on the daily calendar. I only got in a couple of days ago myself. Sold my Bwin shares on a hope we'll see a nice boom on the Nevada license. Key dates for me are today late afternoon/evening and tomorrow because 888 are on the board for a Nevada License. We will know if they're been recommended for final approval on the 21st. Come 21st they should get approved :). I will sell after they get the license and buy back into Bwin though so i'm not here for the long run. GL

Plus note. They need to get recommendation on the 5/6 th to make it to the 21st. If they get the ok next week they will decide whether to grant final approval for a license on the 21st.

I think the SP will go north this month over 170. No invested yet but will soon.

It should be all good. Personally if Lottomatica got a license from previous fraud and underage gambling problems any one should pretty much get one. That's unless they peed the US off during the no gaming restrictions like pokerstars.

Hi guys, i'm not a holder but looking to invest about 10k shares maybe next month. What are your thoughts on a turnaround? Expectations for 2013 are below what analysts thought, so not looking great. Although saying that a lot of the bad news is out the way so maybe we'll see some positive turnaround news to come. For me it looks like the Dividend will be the only thing that's going to keep the SP a float til May.
