It's a fair question but asking is doing research. I haven't taken much notice of this share as I lost interest. 17 years plus is a long time to be holding. Yes, I was in before the split. If someone knew off the top of their head it saves time and effort. Isn't the point of a BB to share information rather than ramping / deramping and throwing insults at each other?

Sorry Greendave but I'm afraid you're wrong. I've been in Conroy since way way back. Not been on this board for long and actually this is my first. You do get put off by rude, unnecessary comments. As I said in my first post, I bought on a number of occasions not paying any more than 12p and my breakeven is 67p. This is because the company has issued warrants to pay the wages. I do as it happens, feel more hopeful that a JV will be signed and I might not only break even but could make a bit of a profit.
After all this time I'm certainly going to hold on for the outcome.
I would still like to know the answer to my question if anyone can answer without being rude.

Not sure what you are doing here Nassimi if you don't own and clearly don't want to.
I am a long suffering holder and have a bit of a worry perhaps someone in the know can answer.
Clearly a good proportion of the money raised was for Richard Conroys owed wages. How many different directorship does this chap have and how much is he pulling out of these companies each year?

How does the issuing of another 5.6m shares not dilute our shareholdering?

I doubt anyone on this bulletin board has enough information to answer that question. However, maybe someone can answer me this:
Effectively, Conroy will be giving away over 50% of the company for €9m, how will that effect holders of Conroys shares? Will that not effectively halve the value of the shares to be used as working capital?

I've been in CGNR since well before it was CGNR. I've never paid more than 12p a share but my break even is 67p a share. I feel that I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I've seen many posts on this bb a d wonder why someone posts when they are not holding and are not looking to buy?
I do have a question though, the JV will hand over 55% of most of the Irish find. How will this work. A dilution of the share holding?
