The directors of CGNR are 'owed' a lot of money and in order to see it they will have to get the JV over the line.
GGP has a MC getting on for £1b as opposed to £10m for CGNR.

AAZ were awarded 325,000 warrants at 16p. I assume they exercised those and are now sellers. There was a 150,000 sell (which shows as a buy on here) which could be AAZ dumping their holding and hence the drop.

A difficult one to access but I'm hopeful of a lot more, maybe around the £1 mark. It will take the company from a technical bankruptcy to a viable profit making one. Remember however, that the first €3m is owed to the directors. Longer term I'm looking for £4.50 If there is no more dilution.
However, if the JV fails, watch out. A proper boom or bust punt.

Maguire, have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of amounts owed to them by the Company of €902,805 (2019: €738,429) within 12 months of the date of approval of the financial statements, unless the Company has sufficient funds to repay.

Fitzpatrick, C. David Wathen, Louis J. Maguire, Dr. Sor?a Conroy and Michael E. Power, have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of amounts owed to them by the Group and the Company of €3,197,755 (2019: €2,917,454) within 12 months of the date of approval of the financial statements, unless the Group has sufficient funds to repay. In addition, Karelian Diamond Resources P.L.C. has confirmed that it does not intend to seek repayment of amounts owed to it at 31 May 2020 by the Group and the Company of €58,469 (2019: €54,241) within 12 months of the date of approval of the consolidated financial statements, unless the Group has sufficient funds to repay.

Year end results out Wednesday. We'll know then.
