Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The deadline is 30th June.
Look at the website. It states the deadline.
You were late with the accounts.
On 01/07/18 the Companies House website flagged the VOG accounts as overdue.
I am not calling VOG liars, I do not know if they have been fined for their late accounts or not,
Perhaps you could pull up the relevant sections of the Companies Act to support your arguments.
I am a little concerned that your positive PR onslaught is a prelude to a placing.
You seem to have a lot more in depth knowledge of VOG than the average investor with 39 posts.
Suspicious maybe. Hmmmm.
How do you know VOG haven't been fined?
It is scarcely something that would need an RNS.
Do you have information that isn't in the public domain?
There may be a 14 day period of grace before a fine is levied, but that doesn't change the fact that the accounts were late. Your denials are growing even more desperate.
The point is that if we are not at breakeven then we are spending more money than we receive. Therefore VOG will need to raise funds.
This fact has been discussed by a few posters on this board who you accuse of lying.
So Jonesy when do you think the accounts needed to be filed?
A Plc is required to file its accounts at Companies House within 6 months of the year end. For ease if you follow the link I posted and look at the Overview tab you will see that the accounts for the year ended 31st December 2018 are due by 30/06/19.
Yet again I am right and you are spreading misleading information and lies.
Incidentally Pshep and I discussed the filing deadlines as we left the AGM.
Just a reminder, we're still not at break-even!
Just you, ParanoiaFoo and MickeyVog.
No
.
I suggest you check Companies House.
The Annual accounts should have been filed by 30/06/18.
The actual filing date was 03/07/18.

Perhaps you will now apologise for calling me a liar.
Try looking at the Annual Accounts.
I suggest you look at the Companies House rules regarding the filing of accounts.
From your post!
" reasonably assured of the ability to raising additional funding when required"
A placing perhaps?
Firstly I would refer you to the discussion on here that I had with your colleague BanjoDik, in this I predicted that the accounts would be filed late and that this was going to be due to a going concern issue.
I would then suggest that you look at the auditors comments regarding the going concern basis and the directors assumptions.
I would then ask you to re-examine your own comment. "If necessary they will be able to access funds" Hmmm a placing perhaps.
Once again I am impressed with your intimate knowledge of the staff cuts at VOG, but apparently they've still kept you, ParanoiaFoo and BanjoDik on.
Yet again you are wrong.
Getting the ENEO deal back will not get VOG to break-even. We weren't at break-even with the last deal and very few expect a better price.
Even Ahmet after the AGM said that we would need more than one deal to get to break-even.
Come on Mickey get some facts right.
Taking pleasure in the misfortunes of others is a trait you shre ik and ParanoiaFoo.
Thinking that VOG will run out of money is unfortunately not a lie.
At the AGM the BOD were confident that the company would not run out of money because of the imminent
resumption of the ENEO contract, the imminent sale of West Med and the settlement of the insurance claim, the timing of which was less certain. To the best of my knowledge none of these things have come to pass. If this wasn't an issue then the accounts and audit report would not have been qualified because of the doubts over the company being a going concern.
I would remind you that an independent examination of the company's records and prospects came up with this opinion so I am a little surprised that you can claim that the auditors and BOD who all signed off the accounts are spreading lies.
I have now sold out but will look to buy back in the future.
Whilst it is easy to dismiss the posts of BanjoDik, ParanoiaFoo and MikeJonesy particularly when they starting gloating over another's misfortune, an interesting point has been made.
The ENEO concession extension was announced months ago, I was unaware that it hadn't been ratified.
Perhaps the BOD have instructed one of their stooges to release that information to us.
I hope no-one held their breath
You should have received a payment as well, about £24.75.
And he thought the cunning change of name would fool us!
Something many of us have been saying for a while.
