I had hoped that the ENEO deal might have come in time but it seems that it didn't.
A shame that Mr Foo did not take up the suggestion made by the gentleman sat in front of me at the AGM, that VOG could preserve cash by accruing the Royalty payments rather than paying them out.
Personal wealth or successful company, obviously a difficult choice.
Any thoughts?
Not at all.
You said a week ago or so that you hadn't bought back in, I took you at your word.
Given that your name is incredibly similar to that of a poster who was banned for having obvious links with VOG, that you're in regular contact with VOG, appear to have access to information that the normal PI doesn't and attack anyone who isn't uber positive about VOG is it any wonder that people draw the conclusion that you and VOG are linked more than the normal shareholder relationship.
Too often we have seen posters coming onto bulletin boards to pump a share and then watch it fall.
VOG have, to date, been unable to restore their income streams via the insurance claim, the ENEO contract or the sale of West Med, all of which were mentioned at the AGM, then surely you can understand why we normal PIs fear this ramping to be the prelude to a placing.
Of course not, you're not a shareholder.
I think you are deliberately missing the point.
As Bigsmoke has pointed out VOG have consistently missed their projections and forecasts.
If you had been at the AGM you would have heard Foo say that he was preparing to get his visa so that he could get the West Med deal over the line. "Watch this space" I believe he said. Nearly 6 months later the silence is deafening.
Unfortunately VOG have a pretty poor track record, I suggest you look at 106, Kermerkol and gaining 100% of Logbaba.
And then there is the insurance claim, anyone heard anything there?
No wonder the market values the company so poorly.
And over the last year Foo has repeatedly said that the deal with ENEO will resume imminently.
Everybody can see how that has turned.
No wonder the market appears not to trust any of VOG's projections, just look at the share price.
Never thought it would go this low.
You weren't at the AGM otherwise you would have witnessed it.
They certainly were.
My apologies to you.
Not sure anyone can guess the bottom for this share.
We were losing money with ENEO and since neither Foo nor Dik were prepared to cut their salaries or royalty payments as requested at the AGM we can scarcely be in a better position now.
For your information I am kicking myself for not selling rather than looking at buying.
Since you are one of the three stooges you will probably ignore that.
Given the accuracy of their previous statements no-one would trust anything a VOG insider has to say.
Similarly since you have repeatedly accused anyone relying on the Companies House website of lying you are tarred with the same brush.
You can't be trusted and are merely trying to ramp a share.
Just curious about your motives.
You have a letter from VOG stating that the accounts weren't late despite the fact that Companies House states they were. You have an unidentified source that tells you that the ENEO agreement hasn't been signed by President Biya;
These aren't the usual hallmarks of a private investor.
Oh and a poster with a tag very similar to yours mikejonesy was found be a VOG insider.
Given that you were proved wrong over the accounts filing deadline I am sure you will understand why few people are willing to take you at your word.
The ENEO 10 year extension was announced months ago and since ENEO have signed up to the Nachtigal agreement which, I believe, may be a 35 year commitment I would be astounded if this hadn't been formally signed off.
That wasn't the question.
How do you know this?
Big power was still the official vision according to Ahmet at the AGM.
How do you know Biya hasn't ratified the concession?
That was the original plan, which they then ditched claiming that Big Power was the solution.
Nice to see that the twitterati are responding to VOG's comment with the contempt it deserves.
What amazes me is that you have a written statement from VOG that the accounts weren't late.
Perhaps you could share with the rest of us why you felt this was necessary.
Simple.
I live in the forlorn hope that I may someday recover more of my loss by remaining.
However currently each day appears to be a new low.
