I like the idea of dealing direct with other sellers. With all the tech available (Bitcoin for example) can't see why we can't use an app to do this with a flat fee paid to process the transaction. I guess there would still be a requirement for 3rd parties to facilitate large buys/sells but yeah, why not.

DJM is spot on with regards to sentiment. I tend to ignore the commentary on every little single rise and fall, its just noise. Once we have the numbers confirmed, it will be reflected in the price. Infrastructure doesn't appear over night. Anyhoo looking forward to flow rates when it drops.

Re the seismic survey. They are doing double their current plot size and he mentioned "current development". I speculated after the book build if there was any land grab in play, seems to be pointing towards that.
