I got in at 8. Then 10. Then 12. But my biggest chunk was at 17. I'm 90% down.

I knew cash was an issue. This was a 5 drill campaign but revenue was based on each well producing 350 @$65. By the time the 3rd well was drilled the money should of been flowing in. The change of the 3rd drill was purely based on the need to hook up fast to generate cash. Should of seen this coming.

Sea, sometimes it’s the detail on the RNS that’s the issue. “Hit the ground running”. Followed 10 days later by shutdown. Followed by TR1. I like a gamble but I’m left thinking I’m playing against a marked deck. I’m pretty angry with myself right now with time and cash invested here. The only and only ace in the deck for that kind of language spoken in the RNS and interviews is for some unaccounted reserves. I reckon there’s a 10% chance of a nice surprise.

So last night I'm having a dream. Its starts off great. Share price is over 10p, then the magic 17p, 30p then I can't get access as everything keeps crashing. My lass comes into the dream and I'm sure its over a quid and I want to sell but can't. I wake up at this stage gutted the dream isn't true. Then I wake up to this.

Cash is pretty much what I feared albeit worse, and the 4th drill is meh, it isn't happening anytime soon.

What's more disappointing than the well failure (its a risky business, you spin the wheel you take your chances) is the timing of the last 2 RNS's. The initial RNS would of tempted existing share holders to ave down, and attracted new investors. Then todays.

They have the capacity to store 96,000 barrels locally combined. If they are just pulling 240 that's 400 days. Pretty sure they rather have wells producing once gas is hooked and keep the sticky stuff on store till price has recovered. I'd of thought initially it'll be at least double the 240 but that's still half a years cover.

Lost - there’s local capacity to store 90.000 barrels plus what they’ve just inherited. No need to sell what’s been pumped at these prices unless cash flow is an issue.

For sure BB. If ground operations are still in swing there's ample local storage, close intermediate storage if trucked and sales to local refinery when price recovers. All that's impacted is short term cash flow and there's enough in the bank to coast for a sustained period. Gas once infrastructure is in place at double plus current market rates.
