Would assume that to be the case given the split between direct and indirect holdings in same notification. But I was just thinking that the way the holding was built up, if the individuals did there holding first it would not have triggered any notification. If it was the company buying total amount they would probably have had to notify earlier.
Just a thought.

Explanation may come from the fact that the total holding is across 3, not all direct. The 2 individuals buy and it is still below 3%. Only when company holding is bought at over 3% does it maybe trigger. Depends on the order of things etc.
Definitely interesting though.

It maybe is not in the header because it is part of the joint venture set up which is not really detailed properly yet, whereas the JG commitment is a specific purchase into EVRH.

Definitely not certain but my thinking was based on the wording that states “JGO have provided a £5m investment commitment to the company to underpin the success of the project........”
We then have the additional personal commitment by JG.

I would have to go through in detail again, but I thought it read that JGO as a business was putting 5mill into the business and additionally JG was personally subscribing for the 5mill of shares.
Then we get the follow up option.

I suppose what brings us all to any share. I hope it will make us some money.
Seems a good chance and the more progress updates we get that are positive I am sure those resulting price gains will get locked in. Bit erratic at moment but definite upward trend. Must admit I would prefer a slightly less confrontational discussion board but seems all too common these days.

Venn receives a mention along with Clinigen as potential buys to take advantage of the growing market demand for contract research. I would be happy to match their performance and that could be possible from our lower starting base. Sorry to disturb the peace. Lol

The progress and potential here looks good . Bought 50k yesterday . Might add more if things move according to plan.

Just what I like, a nice quiet board. Bought some today although all showing as sells. They do seem to be progressing and doing the right things. As you say it's one for the future.

Registered today so that I could say I like it too. Bought some over the last week. I hope there is good support at this level after director buying and what seemed a pretty positive outlook with the results. They say a quiet board is a pointer to a good company so on that count alone this should fly. We'll see. I will stay away now so as not to spoil it.
