Offtake , should now be a shoe in = nod to the funding agreement being finalised imho.

That should be within a month or two as BOTH PORT HEDLAND Lithium Plant and Tees Valley Lithium Plant NEED to start ordering long lead times items for construction to start and be up and working by the end of 2024 to FULL production in 2025.

TEES VALLEY LITHIUM WITH AUSTRALIAN PRIME MINISTER ANTHONY ALBANESE AFTER HE ANNOUNCES FEDERAL INVESTMENT IN EXPANDING PORT CAPACITY AT PORT HEDLAND
Last week Tees Valley Lithium International CEO Tony Veitch had the opportunity to meet Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and members of the Australian Federal Cabinet in Port Hedland.

The Prime Minister, along with his Federal Cabinet colleagues, were in Port Hedland for an event with members of the Pilbara community. TVL received an invitation from the Prime Minister to join him at this community event on Tuesday 21st February.

The PM was joined by members of the Australian Federal Cabinet, including the Treasurer, Infrastructure Minister, Attorney General and Minister for Employment.

The PM and the Western Australian Premier started the day with a press conference announcing a $660 million investment to expand the export and import capacity at the Port of Port Hedland. This involves the expansion of Lumsden Point in the Port of Port Hedland to deliver new multi-user facilities and berths increasing the capacity to export battery metals such as lithium and copper concentrates, as well as import renewable energy infrastructure including wind turbines and blades.

Tony also met with local community officials to discuss TVL’s plans to build a new lithium sulphate refinery at Port Hedland.

Now it looks like the start if the supply to BritishVolt & POSCO WILL involve ALK - Alkemy Capital.

"MOU with Recharge, TVL has agreed to supply tolled lithium hydroxide to Britishvolt from its facility in Teesside. Both companies will continue good-faith negotiations, with the aim of concluding a definitive offtake and supply agreement."

Earlier this year, TVL announced the company had been allocated land to build a Lithium Sulphate (LSM) refinery at Boodarie at Port Hedland, Western Australia.

I previously stated under an Australian thread that I would imagine Port Hedland inc the spare Lithium Spodumene Pilbara have already declared as tolling grade will be first up - with a seperate article regarding BV working with TVL on the MoU of tolling grade lithium to lithium hydroxide - first up so the final testing will be finishing by the time TVL's plug n play site is just reaching a point where it needs the tolling grade feedstock to test.

BOTH should be any time now, but process would start with the supply capability = Port Hedland Plant set up , then its getting it up to TVL.

So the 33 LFP, LMN & NCA gigafactories will just be knocked down or simply not built ?

I hold hydrogen shares but the simple fact is hydrogen is 5-10 years behind in scale.

Thus my major investments and aim to retire by July 2025 based on lithium growth.

VW , TESLA are NOT going to entertain hydrogen.
Their size of market hold globally in all cars sales in the next 2-5 years will be monsterous , so yeah there are a few hydrogen cars and yeah they do have much better range, fill quicker BUT take up especially in the US has been KNAW in comparrison to EV.

By 2026/27 maybe manufacturers will offer 20-30 types of hydrogen car ? EV variety .... will blow it out the water.

Nice post for those who have a 5 year wait to profit.
