Techmet , CUSN & Cornish Lithium.

From my memory the initial Techmet investment was for a large cash offer @18p. The price was around 22p average, so it dropped back to 18p issue price.

Then within a week ( nice profit on that ) the price went from 18p to 27p thus triggering the options for Techmet to get the extra free.

So in comparrison 7p approx is around 150% discount to the initial cash invested by US Techmet.

They must have seen value at 18p ?

My motivation is to retire asap. I had hoped PA would have got the deal done by now. Hard conditions out their and the rating of up or down also depends on the market, politics , war etc.

One RNS on funding and ALK goes past £2.00 due to ONLY 4 million shares being freefloat.

It does not take much to send this down 30 %. One large holder losing confidence could certainly make waves. Equally ONE RNS on finance and there will be very few shares to grab.

I am happy in that knowledge. Risk v reward.

Then I will retire or my other shares kick in as expected. Risk v reward.

Happy to gamble money I financially can lose.

So Monday 70,000, Tuesday 58,000 today 10,000.

News in the next 10 days is my quiz punt. Just gives me hope that my long covid days may bring me some luck. Its boring being signed off work and no tv or phones to provoke the damn migraines. S/d that but still cant do 20% of the research I once did.

40,000+ traded and still holding £1.00 level.

So my interest in last Mondays snd yesterdays trades after last week volume and rise is imho still in play.

8:00am trades 2 on the dot. £27,000 sold.

11.30am already up to £21,000 bought. Then add on the oddments.

Churn. It seems that churn has started over the last week or so. With the price up its a good sign.

50,000 approx already traded today and although a "supposed" £17,000 sell I think then another lower sell in the same minutes the price didnt dip.

More sold than bought and yet the price is holding. Probably indicates a larger £4k + buy in the mix for later ?

Today and tomorrow are interesting for me. May be nothing. Usually 19,000 traded days can move the price here as the freefloat is just so small.

As my thread indicates 50,000+ in a day and the price mostly move by 3-5p either way. Put in some news and it could = a 10p day.

Feeling quite relaxed about holding at the moment.

Nice at the end of day and lucky to be able to buy £19,000 in one go !

Many of the buyers who are building look like they had to buy blocks around the 4,000-5,000 a time.

DLE lithium and buy in by Equinor as I suggested earlier in the week has seen Standard Lithium up 23% on opening today.

Get the finance in here at ALK TVL and we will see as much if not more in a day due to freefloat of just 5m shares approx.

£5.00 a share is the official next options level here for the Bod.

Lets wait and see...

Not a bad week. Infact some would say getting above 50,000 in a day and a positive move up indicates interest is building.

This was mid 70's not long ago.

ALK share price is now creeping up. Nice and slow but with so few shares available , les then 4m in free float then its not taking many buys to apply price pressure.

Nice to see.

Tees Valley Lithium / Alkemy Capital should be even more confident that a scaled up source of DLE Lithium brine extraction is looking more and more likely to be a technology that has had its doubters but as time passes larger global companies and supplying ever larger chunks of equity to this new way of producing lithium.

With Cornwall and Weardale both looking at scaled up DLE supply companies in the next 2-4 years + some lithium mica rock , TVL & ALK should be on the very edge of some supply from the UK.

It all helps with the bigger picture as the bigger boys slowely move in for their piece of the pie.

DLE Lithium supply has so far been officially classed as unproven as markets & some experts say there is no world producer at large scale?

Standard Lithium the worlds most advanced in infrastructure and testing of Lithiums DLE technology has just allowed EQUINOR to take 45% holding for $160 million in the project.

So what ?

It shows that DLE tech is investable at big money levels as Exxon in Canada and now Equinor and also Schlumberger are advancing and investing in the USA.

When the US markets open I think from 11.30...there will be another drag up today and possible tomorrow, but we all know what happens on Fridays.

Profit taking so dont sweat the small stuff. Just buy and hold.

Gingy, i feel many private investors have been burned in the "green energy" sector due to lack of UK & EU involvement to push the sector.

There have been negative headlines regarding Cornish Lithium - i am extremely positive but funding is difficult for many just right now.

My main thought on the lower rise is there is still how long to actual production and within those 3 years a hell a lot of global stuff going on.

With 3 years + to go its only the real long term investor who will be happy today.

Those short term chancers and players of the market will have bought at 7-9p and be using the old advise " sell on the news". They will have made good money in an hour.

Its all about 3 years time and actual production for me which will happen and the sp will show this accordingly.

Its simple really. Lots of news over 3 years. Literally tonnes of upside but to max your investment its 3 years for proper profit.

2 questions ?

1 - No start year mentioned in the PEA.

2 - $31,000 per tonne ? I would have liked to have seen a LOM price more like $25,000-27,000 at most for LOM.

Just my initial thoughts.
