Hahaha about 2 months ago l'arginine after reading a good report then x ref'd it. It looked good but it can work against heart medication. Wanted to ask my GP back in Oct but other symptoms flaired up due to fighting Constructive Dismissal against work.

I have made my own peace and am staying sick - advised by my LCVD group of which around 60% have been forced out of work or took early retirement.

Its made me feel I have made the right decision taking a lot of worry away.

As you may have seen stress on a smashed nervous system is not good for ME/ME/CFS & now LCVD.

VIT C I know to be anti inflamatory.

CoQ10 my wife says is just snake oil and expensive at that, a bone of contention at home.

My wife has MS for over 20 years so we've been down her road , now its my turn.

Tough to be a carer and now unable to think - literally - is an extra few levels of difficulty in life.

A good example of how disfunctional LCVD can make you.

Derby Royal closed the Covid clinic, Physio support and online help. Its like HIV virus back in the 80's when everyone thought you could catch it from door handles, the toilet seat etc ...

Back then if you were infected you were in your own and treatments are only now prolonging hunans lives after 40 years of searching.

Ditto for LCVD treatments. I've been lucky in actually seeing a real human Neurologist. He basically gave me 20 mins , 10 on GP's medication for my multiple symptoms, then he picked my daily chronic migraines with zigzag and black spots of lost vision.

Not treating my burning hands, dead feet, chronic abdominal pain, sudden surges in blood pressure - I had done a days work got a late app with GP and he out of normal practice took my pressure.

190/120 . He took it 4 times as I was not showing any problems other than 11 consecutive days of major migraines. 190/120 is A&E level.

I am not allowed to exercise or push my blood pressure up as it allows the virus to move under pressure to the brain and extremeties.

Why get dead burning hands if blood is flowing well?

MICRO CLOTS !

Nobody is talking about the microclots its a disgrace in our generation.

MRI's of 1.5 or 3 are not good enough to pick up these micro clots. MRI 7.0 grade is needed.

However I had a basic MRI in 2022 when I first got the virus. Clear clean nothing to see.

I relapsed back in Feb this year and even on low grade scanner my MRI showed up inflammation if the whole Sinus System which is not just the back ir nose and eyes but fully around my face and head.

I also show white matter changes and several clots.

Its like I am living with early signs of dementia.

My heart is affected with spikes out of nowhere.

Had one this week at 23:15pm. All day 70's then bam straight up to 149, then after two mins straight vack down to usually in the 60's per min.

Stomach. A month ago I was sent directly from gp to SURGICAL ASSESSMENT , they were concerned about my whole stomach looking like a beer barrel and it was SO painful the swelling was pushing my kidneys out the back of my body or trying too. They were expecting to have to operate but on the MRI saw nothing !??? Got second opinion and that surgeon saw nothing not even a small ulcer ???

CVD messes with ANY ORGAN as and when it wants to attack. Its horendous. Yet talk to most people and they had cold like symptoms. Pzzes me right off as they dont believe the pain.

My brain .... screwed now after 2 years and 5 months.

No treatments to stop or improve me.

They say what I have now is how I am just a different Major Oak until the end. Scary stuff for me and family. 55 year old and stood up working hard 10 hours a day with no sitting down.

Now I get out of breath having a wet shave ???

With Labour now in and stinging everyone with tax, but putting it back in to NHS and Social Care and company saving half a million in a short time and significantly reducing times in hospital - many more day cases - I can see both Intuitive and Creo fly.

Intuitive already going - $7 B in cash held.

Creo to be cash generative next year they are not going to just stop generation, so I can be relaxed and not fill my busted head every day and night.

I do feel a tad better for it. Even typing this is making my frontal lobes hurt with pressure of focusing on spelling and basic words.

Having to go to bed 1-2 x a day as my brain cant cope.

Not good. Long Covid had seen me signed off work since Feb 24. Tried to get back to work but couldnt do it. After 2 hours my body gave up on 1 day a week only.

By lunchtime my mind was going , it is like fatigue but also having a mild grade dementia.

Havent really looked at shares since than as it hurts my eyes to look at bright screens. I cant even plan a full day as I cant do it. Thinking is difficult by the hour.

Definately work want me out now although they cant get rid as I'm on sick but Jan Feb will see that happen , then who would take me on ? Nobody.

Lots of pressure and not able to research anything brain cant cope.

Blahblahdoh, I agree with your thoughts and would add that Australian companies mining Rare Earth Metals, Iron , Copper and Lithium make up around 60% of ASX listed miners with Chinese holdings.

I know the metals markets are taking a bashing but its not to say that relationships with China cannot work.

However, they are the masters of the dark arts. I would have thought Intuitive Surgical and their investment here, would have some influence or at least something to say?
