Id go with that. Getting rid of all the debt and maintaining the company plus 10% of operational mine is a fresh start with a boost. Will they sell the 10% or keep hold long term. The market being the market will surely close the gap and reflect the value of a debt free shell having 10% of a producing mine. Could they renegotiate a position to now increase on their 10% I wonder

It's a minimum 5m so all good. I can see what you are saying but the flip side on their reckoning in their defence IMO is the confidence they have of being able to balance out issues on the whole and the ability for the play to produce the goods.

Yes totally agree which to me is the safety net but ironically it is critical to get funding so the assets are not handed over as oppose to selling them as I don't think that is an option at this juncture. I believe it is a contractual agreement they are bound by. The safety net is the fact insti's etc have funds tied in at much higher averages and for the sake of the funds required and plans going forward on zinc demand and company efficiencies I'm sure they will be prepared to invest to keep their positions live for future returns. They have given strong support historically; it is only due to zinc prices and production stand down time for service and enhanced efficiency has the company come into difficulties. This is not a dead duck there is future value worth maintaining the company for. For me this is a good gamble
