If it did drop 7am Monday and it's the re-start of mining we have been waiting on for 7 month FERG'' 1p will be gone within the first hour IMO... as the Market is always hungry for a gold success story with the price of the metal still knocking at the door of $5k an ounce.. but can Steven B make it happen and start digging out the $1b worth of gold in the ground to start bringing in revenue to pay himself / miners and the rest of the BOD or will he continue to dig it out of a rising SP at a discount more confetti in issue as he usually does ? will he see the error's of his ways and leave it to grow like any sensible CEO would do if they want the market to take them serious enough to invest long term ? time will tell...

Was always going to happen on any sniff, as at 0.26p last week, it was very much oversold and don't forget the insiders always know before us when RNS is ready to drop.. next week could get interesting...

COPL USA the only subsidiary they kept after throwing the other 9 under the bus must be doing extremely well out of this war spike ? who knows our field could now be producing up to 5k barrels a day perhaps with the injection we paid for to increase flow now in place ?

robbing CNTS, we can only hope history will eventually hold them to account, and we are given something back in the new entity that they are trading under.... our stock in the parent CO is still registered in the cloud and still on our AC, it cannot be ignored / cannot be gotten rid of without officially paying us for it..

I would also support a share buyback and cancel with some of that cash ? as that would give the same effect on the SP that is extremely undervalued ATM

anyway'' some really good buying action going on for this time of the Morning as far as I can see, there is even a 3.3m buy in the sell column ? I think the Market is warming to the idea that price will go up a lot further in the days ahead when MM decide to take the brakes off...

Although RNS came late in the day and most punters wouldn't have seen it yet, this is the huge news that we was hoping for and i think i did post exactly that scenario a few post ago if they was to sell substantially all the bitcoin and leave just say 100 BTC for a future punt on it going to £1m then the cash collected could be worth at least 6p a share on it's own IMO, I think they will have all shareholders vote on this one, as the alternative with no other revenue coming in would be a slow boat to China... waiting on BTC to grow so they can cash some in for wages

Morning FIERG, and those still invested... well the SP is now at historic lows, and although we now have 1b in issue if an RNS does land even if it say small scale mining has started SP could double quite quickly IMO if sentiment and optimism take hold, and with gold now up $100 and could go back to $5k at any time within the next 2 month NTVO @ 0.26p could be considered cheap by the Market ATM.. although no opinion to buy is intended we must DYOR as nothing is a given...

i cannot see why Crowe LLP cannot do the same with a statement of that kind through QDE at least for credibility purposes...

Saloon65, they only have 2.5 star rating on google so a lot of CO must be complaining about them as the roast alluded to, but have 200 offices world wide and I look at CO HSE and there is a message saying cease on the 6th April this year ? QDE will come back in 2 month when the 4P warrant would have lapse, they say it will be a good thing ? and that SP was massively oversold effectively by people that did not want to stay in and wait for the final audit and the result, but it sound like we will come back a lot higher SP if indeed we was bashed down on fear that there was more to it than the doggy auditor that we now know to be true..

any news on that front shortly would immediately turn this stock into a monster, my only hope is that SP is left to run this time on the sentiment that will follow for days and is not suspended at 5p like it did last time to stop the rise ? as with only 15m in issue and if they was to release an unsuspecting RNS RTO MM may have to borrow stock to satisfy demand on that day, or cut down the amount punters can buy in any one setting to 1k share worth perhaps ? we will see THO LOL!! as we have counted our chicken too many times in this one only to be disappointed at the last hurdle

I'm grateful to have had some good wins over the years and some bad losses and learnt a lot about these casinos and how they operate from it all, you will never see me moaning on any stock that have not worked for me, but not afraid to call out bad behaviour by BODS if its called for even if I'm invested...

Steve E, you could say that about all the other stocks you have picked over the years COPL / PPP / NTVO and many more, I am sure you wasn't asking for anyone help to tell you not to buy then, so why do you think you need help to stop you buying here in the last 6 month ? you could have bough at 1.30p 10 days ago for the rise back to 5.27p a 350% gain, and cash it out like everyone else 2 weeks ago and buy back or don't buy back ? I can understand if AJ Bell stop you, but saying you listen to PETE does not make any sense whatsoever because as an investor over many years you should know DYOR is best, I put it to you that you only post here today because the price has drop back and we are no suspended, and that give you and most trolls that have also lost big time on every thing they have invested in a chance to put the boot in, look no one knows what to invest in when to invest or what not to invest in, we are only along for the ride as passengers with what we have researched and what we feel, hope for the best and the wisdom to sell take profit on any spike, ride for free before funding call at a huge discount gets in the way'' and we are left holding the baby until the next spike.. my thinking is that QDE suspension today will give the CO the breathing space it will need to get it's house in order and come back a lot stronger hopefully without those pesky warrants that will lapse in July, i don't know about anyone else but I'm happy for the break and the free ride shares I have left in for the return...

PEEL HUNT is exactly right IMO as some of these tech toted to run data centre that use enough energy to power 100k homes is sometime years away and the Market put a valuation of £6.40p ?? red flag indeed...

and as i posted the other day from story in the news GAS generated powered plant like the rote QDE is taking will be around for years yet until technology such as those catch up with demand, signing a letter of intent with big CO's.. to help develop your tech is not revenue....

PK done the right thing less cheep shares to issue only 19m now @ 2.60p then use the suspension to the CO advantage for a few days to announce site progress / Auditors appointment / other business update, and come back a lot higher when suspension lifted.. not only that it will calm things down in here for awhile

looking forward to this well deserve break from the argument and discord..

RNS no2 is interesting as it's less shares 19m for now at 2.60p ? i am happy we are going to be suspended for a little while so we come back a lot bigger SP hopefully that 7.5MW site will be announced during suspension..

Amendment to Equity Fundraise

Further to the Company's RNS announcement dated 23 April 2026, the Company has agreed an amendment to the original equity fundraise and subscription with the subscribers (the "Raise"). The total gross proceeds of the Raise as previously announced remain unchanged, but has been amended to be completed via a conditional direct subscription into the Company in two-stages (the "Subscription").

The Subscription will be carried out by the issue of 19,230,770 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each (the "Stage 1 Subscription Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price per share of 2.6 pence (the "Subscription Price") (the "Stage 1 Subscription"), and the conditional issue of 19,230,768 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each (the "Stage 2 Subscription Shares") at the Subscription Price per share (the "Stage 2 Subscription").
