Talking about data centre, breaking news BBC just now that Softbank just announce a £75bill data centre investment in the EU as Europe look to move away from USA and China / Asian dependency ? that could well be the signal UK need to kick start funding for our very own first movers advantage QDE and it's proposition in this regards.... we will see

So now that we have move on from the auditor appointment, the next imminent update should be when result is release I suppose, and the next that suspension will be lifted with a date, for sometime in early June to end of June toted'' so ATM there is really nothing to see or discuss here, unless there is something more to add to what i have just written, or more detail come to light before suspension is lifted on our new MW plant soon to be producing next month, or more movement on the AI data centre that seems to have gone cold ? since it's been announce with a partner a few months back comes to light

Brilliant interview AB, the most steadfast / confidence with good health I have seen you in years, people asking for placing shares to short RRR is not going to get them anymore ? this will certainly help the stock appreciation in the long run, on anymore good news.. AB is angry with the shorts ? better late than never

he seems to be close to something massive IMO, and on that positive good news of JV money paid, I also may have to buy some more tomorrow with this trick or treat downdraft while we are still at £2m MC, because if he has really pulled it off this time under the quiet, SP should easily 10 bag from here IMO but as always we will see

RNS OUT, as expected this week , Quantum Data Energy PLC (LSE: QDE) is pleased to announce, further to its RNS announcement dated 21 May 2026, that the Company has finalised the formal appointment of Parker Russell UK LLP as the statutory auditor to the Company under section 489(3) of the Companies Act 2006.

The Board and management will work expeditiously with the new auditor to complete the audit of the Company and to publish its annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 as soon as possible, in order to withdraw the temporary suspension of its shares. The Board will provide a further update on the revised reporting timetable in due course.

Well a brand new week is incoming, professional clearance under paragraph 320 of the ICAEW Code of Ethics. should be just about finish for our new auditor to take over, and as shortly sometime means about 7 to 10 days, so hopefully we will get update Mon onwards, but as nothing is a given in these Market run by the few for the few WE WILL SEE...

Have not post on here for a long while, but you guys should count yourself lucky that you can still get in at these prices before it all kick off, and IMO although it's been a long wait for these products to come to Market and is now in the final stage to subscription and revenue DR NAG is still the best trusted CEO on the Market when it comes to positivity and I'm sure he will trumpet this launch when it comes, with interviews like he use to and regular update on take up'' as his mantra does say if shareholders don't win the CO don't win, that's about the nicest thing a CO can say to the investing community and that's why he is still trusted during these SP downdraft on RNS silence, and we will hold him to that mantra and judge him on that when revenue start coming in. I probably won't post again for another long while but good luck to those that can wait on CPAI to start coming good and still believe through all the hardship

Material recovered from sampling is being separated ???, bagged and stockpiled ??? for further analysis and potential future processing. ???

what I'm saying is if it's separated bagged and stockpile then whatever is there must be gold ??? and wouldn't be useless rocks ??? why would he need to Annalise it any further ???? if this time wasting is waiting on the processing plant to be fully commissioned and operational before we start selling as we don't want to give those gold bearing rocks to other processing plant and get less money then I and other investors would understand as it would make perfect sense, but it should be communicated honestly to the Market, and not this forever statement of sampling and everything else when we know there is 213+ ounce of gold in the ground

Following review and consideration of the various proposals received from the audit firms, the Board has selected a firm to proceed with. That firm has significantly advanced the process to seek the regulatory approval from the Financial Reporting Council ("FRC") required to act as auditor of the Company as a Public Interest Entity, and has already engaged with the former auditor in respect of the professional clearance under paragraph 320 of the ICAEW Code of Ethics.

The Board expects to be in a position to announce the appointment of the new auditor shortly.?
