Excellent movement from CRML for the past month TBH, and is projected to hit $10 over a few more sessions, if the interest continue and yes TM1 SP is been held back artificially because of the GM uncertainty of of how much stock coming to Market, and it's such a shame, as TM1 should be flying as well, and would have done, had it not been for that GM RNS, as sentiment was quite high for a proper rise before that, but it is what it is, as I was also hoping that they would find funding elsewhere and keep hold of CRML stock as it may double from here, in previous post, but was hoping it was not the CLN / warrant rote, so all road leads to the 8th of SEPT i suppose, so we can get it out of the way so TM1 can finally start to get some tailwind from our holdings been that it's worth 10x our MC, I personally don't like to be out but my experience is telling me it's the right thing to do until we get more clarity on what price any stock will be issued, again such a shame, as all we needed was some contract news to ensure a better price, but as it's so close to the GM, and perhaps Alex / Robin has already agreed the price beforehand I don't think we will get that update for that anticipated rise, but you never know ?

Yes that's exactly right, lot's of buys are recorded in the sell column 43 and 44, and as we know they are quite short with 70m volume again yesterday, they will try every trick in the books to get us to sell them some before operation update..

It's now official, just announce on the radio that end of summer is only a few days away ? FRANK say we are aiming for first revenue end of summer once contract is signed, and I would say give or take a few days, now it's all up to frank to get that contract update out to the Market then hopefully the rest will be history as far as SP growth is concern..

Well the RNS's does seem to be flowing'' although most of them was holding ones, but 16 RNS in JUNE, 14 RNS in JULY, and already 6 in AUG so we cannot really moan about regular news flow, as this is as good as it gets in comparison to other stock on the Market, and as it's only the 26th I should imagine we will see some more...

Absolutely FC, a lot of gold stock is moving up daily and they are only in the proving up exploration faze and a year away from production, NTVO has x2 100% owned gold mine one is already producing the highest grade ever recorded, it's a no Brainer at this price with only 300m in issue in comparison to it's pears with billions in issue, it's not if this will blow it's when....

The Notes shall not be convertible before 1

January 2032 unless the Company's market capitalisation exceeds £35 million (pursuant to the

Market Capitalisation Threshold). As a result of the restructure of the Notes, all and any interest on

the Notes (i) accruing from 30 September 2022 and until (but excluding) 20 May 2025 will accrue

at a rate of 2% per annum and (ii) accruing from 20 May 2025 will accrue at a reduced rate of

0.00% per annum, and interest accruing from 31 March 2025 shall be payable on 15 May 2032.

Following the restructuring of the Notes as contemplated herein, the Company will no longer be in

technical default of its obligation to pay interest to Noteholders on 30 June 2025 (as announced
