No not really'' DR NAG R42 owns 100 of such start ups, CPAI is only just getting started by picking the cherry's that is ripe for the Market and immediate commercialisation, these start up is worth £2m each for full control ATM, but could all turn into a billion dollar CO in a short period of time, the reason why we are manipulated down today is that the Market won't understand the implication for CPAI until we get that interview from DR NAG to explain what it will all mean when it comes to future revenue and take up'' and not only that the market still need to see our first launch in the APP store to start taking there investment more seriously than taking 5% rise of the table in the first 1/2 hour this morning creating panic

OSD, although off topic but relevant, I must say it was a good interview from IMM /TIM & his CFO today and looking investable again once the excitement fizz out for a couple of weeks, and not only that, TIM remind me of FG and his 5 long years trying to get a major deal with his first in class tech, so it's worth me taking a position again before pattern is granted, that takes usually 6 weeks from experience, and in that time I'm sure LS will be selling into any rise. as he still hold 8%, so I would say 1.85 - 2.25 could be a good entry

Well I don't know about anyone else invested but i was glad to see this day over, as MM could have been a lot more spiteful if they wanted to, and SRY that I posted more times today than i would have done under normal circumstances, but getting the message across to the BOD why it's was important to consolidate the 74b shares that was in issue 6 month ago, and why it's important that it should never be allowed to happen again with cheap issue of stocks like in the past, and at the same time highlight the price of gold that just hit an all time high today and breaking records, to what purportedly we have in the ground and hope the BOD would listen as we know they read these board ?. to subtitle ticking off and concerns.. without been nasty

My question would be to remind them of this RNS 6 month ago on why it was important to consolidate the shares in issue at 1500/1 and if that reason still stand.... as shareholders are getting worried with 300m more shares than what we started at continually issued at pocket money and if this policy of silence on the gold mine will change after the GM to better reflect NTVO producing status in line with other producers and the gold Market in general

Background to and reasons for the proposed Share Consolidation

As at 6 February 2025 (being the latest practicable date prior to the publication of the Circular), the Company had 74,462,211,686 Existing Ordinary Shares in issue. With shares of low denominations, small absolute movements in the share price can represent large percentage movements resulting in volatility. The Board also believes that the bid-offer spread on shares priced at low absolute levels can be disproportionate to the share price and therefore to the detriment of Shareholders. The Board is of the view that it would benefit the Company and Shareholders to reduce the number of Existing Ordinary Shares in issue with a resulting adjustment in the market price of such shares, by consolidating the Existing Ordinary Shares on the basis of 1 New Ordinary Share of 0.15p for every 1,500 Existing Ordinary Shares of 0.0001p each. This is expected to assist in reducing the volatility in the Company's share price and enable a more consistent valuation of the Company, making the Company's shares more attractive to institutional investors.

I think the Market got it exactly right and did not panic..

WW, although your post have substance, the line that you say experienced BOD’s don’t issue RNS’s like confetti, ?? I think they DO M8, when it comes to holding in CO and issue of equity and free shares to themselves, and brokers, I tell you for why'' since the 7th of FEB 2025 RNS proposal to consolidate the 70bill shares in issue, there has been 38 RNS of holding in CO & issue of equity but only 4 operation update of any substance to the growth of the SP & MC DYOR, they told us that before end of AUG this consultant will join the CO with a view to restart mining, we deserve an update at least to say that person is now in the job so we can at least move on from JULY the 3rd what reason would they have not to update the Market in that regards is the question ? why would they leave it until after the GM ? unless they have already pre promise more cheap confetti at the price of that last after hour RNS ? FK KNOWS, as i say we will see if something comes before Friday
