If the CAG proceeding is to start this week then one would hope the first port of call would be to stop sale of the asset that the Judge has already sanction, until an independent valuation can be obtain, to see what it's really worth if oil is still free flowing at 1000 BOPD without gas injection ?

Good post news'' and you are exactly right, as in if you hold shares in any CO, no matter how bad thing are going, with bad luck here and there in DRC, a real investor will do his best to promote and keep the spirit up until the right SP moving news news come along, and anyone that constantly post negative all the time have certainly got an agenda, to disrupt drop price, has no care for those that have invested there hard earnt, they just want to bring the CO down, I mean even if DRC cash is in the bank news come along they would find a negative spin to discredit it, so IMO, for a peace of mind, and because it's a free BB and there disruptive posts cannot be stopped, ignore, keep up the good work, until the right result come along for yourself and other genuine investors..

Relevant story in the Sun business today saying the CEO of Endeavour Mining had secretly transferred £22m out of the CO AC, to an offshore AC, and they are trying to recover it ? slippery ART comes to mind, when i read that story and wondering if the SAG are looking into any offshore bank account filled with shareholders cash he may stolen over the years, from funding call after funding call bond issue after bond issue, and nothing actually spent on the project that only needed Gas injection to start paying it's way.. we really do need to get someone to follow the money trail from 2021, YES''our very own sherlock...

Although it's disappointed that there is still hold up on DRC cash, it's nice to see AB is hinting at none core asset sale, to sure up balance sheet / trying his best to avoid dilution with talk of interest from a few parties / concentrate on near term GOLD / Lithium, and we certainly got a lot of far off need money spent on asset to get rid of.. but as always the Market reaction is always over the top with little understanding of the RNS and what we have here, and will only think of the negative, as in HAHA'' DRC cash is still not here yet'' lets take 15% off the already tiny SP, and they will head for the exit,

If he is still saying in this RNS the? deal meets its "strategic objectives of long-term growth and value for our shareholders." then IMO it's a fore gone conclusion, that it will be concluded shortly, as ITS is never going to get another opportunity for a main Market listing, so it would be in both our interest to get this over the line ASAP..

We are still 600% up from our low of 0.185p, and if you guys need inspiration while its quiet, go back and listen to her LSE / PRO Active video again, and tell me, if this SP today is not artificially held because of lack of more data, to find out how much billions we will be worth 5 years from now'' but don't worry there will be plenty of opportunity to get in before 10p but i would not hang it around indefinitely especially under 2p BFTFDIK
