WHO KNOWS'' B'' Credit bid for substantially all of the COPL Group's ? lets say for 80% of what we owe them as a starting point, about $100M ? so if someone comes in and bid $150m then in all probability there should be enough left over for shareholders ? BWTFDIK without a proper valuation sanctioned by the courts.. and although we know that asset is worth about x3 that amount we may have to be happy with any return as appose to none...

The Senior Lenders have agreed to support a sale and investment solicitation process ("SISP") wherein they will serve as a stalking horse bidder to acquire substantially all of the COPL Group's business by way of a credit bid. In that regard, COPL intends to seek Court approval to launch the SISP on or around March 18, 2024.

Look like AB and his genuine shareholders has already been rewarded with this now 100% own gold mine, as GOLD is flying $2172 an ounce and still moving up'' and although SP was talked down and Manipulated to drop 3% today after a good start on this good deal, I'm excited about the future going forward and will always turn the volume down on baseless comments so I'm not distracted.. buy if you want, sell if you want, listen to the doomsters if you want but nothing is going to stop this juggernaut when it's ready to pop

April 1st doesn't look too far out to me GRAY'' considering the Target has been suspended from trading for the last 6 months, and perhaps been talking to ICON about this deal for the last 4 month so i should think both party is rearing to go, we are just waiting on prospectus, by all accounts, as due diligence could have already been done in the past few months IMO, as I don't think BRAD would announce RTO of a ladies Fashion brand turning over £45m, to the Market without doing any check to see what he is getting himself into by way of debts , it would be a huge waste of an RNS.... it would be the same as us buying blind into a stock without doing any research on profit and losses, or if there is any bad news to come

We know what you mean GRAY, and yes we want BRAD to wrap it up quickly now that it's out in the open, not forgetting to issue what ever shares you got left to pay EHGOF for his help to get us to this point, before we come back to Market, as that's even more important at this stage, so we can come back with a clean slate, debt free / conversion free = a happy shareholders base with no moaning...

I too believe LSE should lift suspension if as alluded to, that CSE is not suspended and is still trading COPL shares, as they are still investigating the request to suspend as the RNS say yesterday
