Well it look like brad have already paid that £1.2m price tag from last year, but because it was so sensitive it could not be release to the Market until everything is finalise, but it look like someone whispered it before it was due to land and the herd got wind of it and started buying like crazy LOL!! and if LSE did not suspend forthwith i truly believe we would have broken 12p at least before closed, and go on to double the next day'' because if we have really acquired a potential £54m a year in revenue popular fashion brand, and we only have a MC of £500k then I think even if you are stupid you will notice a huge disparity in our suspended SP

this is still a huge revenue stream if they can get the CO back on it's feet to glory days through Social Media it could certainly turn into a huge deal to save this iconic brand for all concern...

I should think they will have to call a GM at some point to satisfy the Canadian stock exchange requirement on shareholders inclusion in any plan SHAREBEL... and perhaps that's why they are still to grant that request of suspension to wipe out shareholders and cancel listing ?

perhaps they are already aware of rumbling going on in the background CHAS and perhaps CSE is investigating it before they suspend trading in the stock as of yet by the looks of that statement above... if true then the SP must have risen on this news of BIDS for most of COPL ? can anyone tell if they are still trading?? and cashing out LOL!!

are they not happy to keep the shares suspended ? are they going to continue trading while we are suspended ?

if the lenders want to go down the bid rote instead of waiting years for there Money then IMO we stand a very good chance of getting our money back on any sale, as the valuation would be worth a lot more than the £135m Debt

The bond holders may have to now join the SAG, STEVE'' LOL!! and pool resources at any GM that may be convene? to try and get something back, after restructuring, if they are still to keep pumping out oil at the rate of 1k barrel a day 364,000 barrel a year @ $82 a barrel ? there voting rights with the 8% we already have would surly force there hands IMO, as between us we would be holding at least 35% of the equity ?

unless this DIP'' means they can now start a new CO and close down the old one, and keep trading like Cineworld and don't have to give an account to anyone? then we will be FCUKD as they would then cancel the equity and the new CO would be owned by the lenders as a D4E, i really hope not for all concern, but it's a possibility'' if they chose to use past players play book to get away with the lot..

The Market seems only to be interested in BTC ATM, I'm afraid, these little tiddlers gets beaten up or talk down as soon as they see 6% rise, the buys becomes sells, it's as if they are SHT scared of SP hitting certain milestone and investors getting lucky...

hopefully 1 day this week or next they won't be able to stop it and it travels to where it should be..
