ALF I Cannot identify what paragraph it mention the stalking horse bid include SHARES ?? or did you just add it to your previous post ? if you can just point us to where it say so in that link you provided, REGARDS....
but what i did see, is that the monitor and BOD is immune from any 3rd party claim from here on in, under CCAA rule, and that could also mean any law suet from shareholders I should imagine, but if someone else could look into that'' as it's above my pay grade....
but it also talk about, if the transaction set out in the
Stalking Horse Purchase Agreement is the Successful Bid pursuant to the SISP. ??? equally worrying ?
but so long as it's not pre plan that the lenders will be the only bid that will be accepted ?
the approval of any sale and vesting of any such Property shall be considered by this
Court on a subsequent application made to this Court if the transaction set out in the
Stalking Horse Purchase Agreement is the Successful Bid pursuant to the SISP.
7. As soon as reasonably practicable following the Applicants and the Stalking Horse
Purchaser executing the Stalking Horse Purchase Agreement, which shall occur no later
than March 23, 2024, ???
and we are still waiting 10 days on to find out who is the successful BID without independent valuation ?
ANYWAY'' whatever that is going to happen in a month time, we all have to sign that petition parliament, to protect shareholders, in the future from these type of purported crime, I mean all we need is 10k signature to have it debated and hopefully stamp out these kind of legal corporate robbery, but the last time i look at the website it only had 4700 signature LOL!! but news today about halogen head lamp glare in the night has already had 10k signature and made it's way on SKY NEWS, and is going to be debated in the commons, just goes to show what is more important ?
