SP is controlled by AT trade ATM PJ'' meaning buys and sells cannot be verified as they could be one of the same, but when they allow SP to break 2.50p and keep it for more than a day 2.90 - 3.50p should come very quickly there after IMO all things been equal...

I'm 80% sure they will let it go properly shortly if it continue to keep it's head above 2.40p as the day progress..

As announced on 11 December 2025, the Company holds approximately £90.0 million in cash. The Company intends to utilise this cash balance to repay approximately £78.2 million to remaining noteholders upon the maturity of the outstanding loan notes on 30 December 2025.

Following this repayment, the Company expects to retain approximately £11.8 million in cash and hold 620 Bitcoin (worth £40.5 million based on the current market price of Bitcoin) with no material liabilities. The asset base of the Company will therefore be approximately £52.3 million.

IMO these HNWI have bought up most of that 10b stock from that broker before it even come to Market giving them the voting rights to call for a seat on the BOD, and the power to make heads to roll, as my thinking is why in all this time with 11b supposedly on the Market, we struggle to get any kind of meaningful volume trade on a daily bases for the past 2 month ? and the only TR1 we have had so far is someone from USA buying 0.68% where is this 10b of stock ? who has them ? as they are certainly not on the Market.....

this is becoming interesting'' could well see a buyout if they don't get their way'' as it's looking more and more likely that the note holders that just got paid that £78m cash to settle our debt is the ones with all our stock that want that seat on the BOD..

Good news IMO, and should surly give us a lift, and some stability in the days ahead of any appointment of these HNWI, that will indeed usher in that significant reduction in cost alluded to in that RNS and ultimately enough accountability to see investors confidence return to a stock that is seriously undervalued to BTC holding and cash

looking forward to that update, that the RNS said should be no later than 14 days before the GM 19th march 2026, that should be today anytime, but if not tomorrow will do for those that can wait to see what the Market thinks after it lands..

BIG, IMO they could well do a lot better than the status quo, and seriously dig the SP out of the deep doodo we now find ourselves in @ 0.20p after years of mismanagement with funds going elsewhere unaccounted for, I have seen the same thing happen over GDR, burning through £4m a year with no revenue trading @ 0.24p from a SP OF £1.60 HNWI pump in £1m, call a GM and sack most of the BOD, now GDR is trading in the penny.. true story DYOR...

so it is a big thumbs up from me for them to get there way and a seat on the BOD, a new direction is needed with honest revenue & profit coming in, instead of gambling on volatile Bitcoin with our £40m hoping that it will go to $200k, there is nothing wrong with keeping £2 mill worth for trading but tying up £40m worth in this climate is suicidal...
