Undoubtedly it will rise back and past recent highs, be patient, yesterday RNS is the best conformation shareholders will ever get that the CO will be alright for working capital for the next 2 years ? there is always going to be a tiny profit take after a 50% rise but these guys will surly be locked out in the days ahead as EME continue it's re-rate and a new lot of buyers that see value comes in..

Block Listing Six-Month Return

London, UK - Quantum Data Energy PLC (LSE: QDE) presents a six-month return for Cash Warrants shares allotted under a block listing approval granted on 7 October 2025 as previously announced. This announcement is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.4R(4). The details are shown on the table below.

The Company can confirm that no further warrants have been exercised since the Company's previous RNS announcement dated 3 February 2026. Further, the Company confirms that under the terms of the Equity Fundraise, as previously announced, 50% of the Cash Warrants originally issued to the extent not previously exercised, have expired on 11 January 2026, resulting in 117,200,000 Cash Warrants with an exercise price of 4p remaining unexercised. Such remaining unexercised Cash Warrants will expire on 11 July 2026 if not exercised.

It's about time we got some more clarity on the CO new strategy for shareholders value since the announcement of board changes IMO, hopefully they won't leave us sitting here for much longer been controlled by the daily AT trades up and down with no real direction of travel that we can get excited about or pin down to progress

RNS direction soon will hopefully change the narrative and the perception of this severely undervalued stock that is sitting on $45m in cash

Breaking 1.5 again was not to be today lads, although noted 10 sizable buys was in the sell column today DYOR, but perhaps MR MM is still not ready to show their hands as yet ? and could have their reasons.. we will soon find out...

perhaps tomorrow they will take the brakes of a little bit more who knows, but we must be patient with this one knowing how far we have drop under our 4p base to a point where the SP re-rate will all depend on how fast it can break significant 1.5p resistance, in order to push on a lot quicker as it used to, but I continue to believe any good news from here on in'' now that we are not controlled by the hated AT trades, and that we now go into AU at the same time as regular stock, will surly see SP re-rate strongly in a few days, keep it'' and go on to break new highs..
