Bottom line

The earlier PEA showed that Zebediela could be a large, long-life nickel project under the assumptions used in 2012. The more recent developments enhance potential by adding a second and arguably more attractive exploration thesis: the possibility of higher-value, structurally controlled, Platreef-style Ni-Cu-PGE and semi-massive to massive nickel sulphide mineralisation within a large known nickel system. The 30-year mining right reduces tenure risk, while the airborne, gravity and FDEM programmes improve the probability that drilling will test the right targets. The opportunity has therefore moved from “large but low-grade nickel resource” toward “large nickel system with targeted higher-grade and polymetallic discovery potential.”

That is a meaningful improvement in potential, but it remains conditional. The decisive evidence will be drilling, assays, updated compliant resources and ultimately a new economic study.
