and I think it's fairly common knowledge that he is trying to arrange a rescue package !!!

Maybe it's a requirement of his 'backers' that he is a substantial shareholder !!

I thought that Share Certificates did not have to be actually held in physical paper form but could be held in a .pdf format !

If this is the case, then all the shares held on Crest, in paperless electronic format, could be issued quite easily by email to anyone wishing to remove them from Crest.

I would think it would be easy enough for today's whizzkids !!!
