The RNS clearly states that we are funded at least until the end of next year. Stop spreading misinformation

Gold hasn't been so oversold in years. It also tagged an epic support line so a strong and sustained bounce was to be expected at those levels. If the dollar continues to pull back we can go back to 2000 in no time (took 8 days in march to go from 1810 to 2010). Shanta shares should follow the same path. We are also due some news, which can help moving back towards 11p and beyond.

Another very solid quarter delivered by the company. SP performance has been disappointing this year but it's a cash generative business which will make huge profits once commodities are back in favour. Until then we'll keep pocketing a fat dividend

The happy clappers of the telegram group will average down and complain about the alleged manipulation that seems to affect this stock. Some mysterious powers don't want GCAT holders to become rich. In the meantime we see a lot of nice pictures but no material news coming from the company. My investment is now pretty much worthless. What a s.show

I would not be surprised if we see a 2p dividend declared tomorrow.

There may be other surprises coming, probably with a separate RNS 1-2 weeks later. New CEO announcement and WK results are due very soon.

Once the dollar weakens a little bit POG will fly and Shanta will follow. 15p by Christmas?

They keep making promises they are not able to deliver: prospectus, funding, production targets, dual listing, JV in tanzania.

Now I bet that the happy clappers on the telegram chat will accuse me of being a paid deramper and will blame MMs for the SP performance. Sadly, like them, I am still invested in this company and I can only hope in a miracle..

Very solid performance. This is a company run in a very professional manner, which continues to deliver year after year. Once the basket price starts to recover, which may happen soon, the SP will rocket. Time to accumulate and pocket the dividend

I suspect we may see a dividend increase later this year. We are virtually debt free and generating significant cash flow. It would be relatively inexpensive to increase it by 50%. It would give a real boost to the SP

I bet the WK drilling update will come out this week, possibly already tomorrow. I think we are primed for a rerate.

From a TA perspective we may still touch 9p but if we get there I would expect a strong rebound, especially if the POG stays above 1900. Probably one of the safest investments in the commodity space right now.

We may get a juicy RNS tomorrow or friday. Get ready.

I don't see how this would affect Shanta as we are not mining yet and the moratorium is aimed at stopping illegal mining operations. The concern is purely the loss of revenue by the Kenyan government. Companies of a much larger size, including Shanta, are more than welcome. I am happy to top up again this week

I agree. I think we are nearing the end of an out of court settlement with the Raj. government. We'll probably give them a 20-30% stake in the project and everybody will be happy. Funding no longer needed, Fasken will get some bonus for the word done so far and a JV partner to develop Bhukia may also be revealed soon.

I am pretty sure we are negotiating to retain a much larger share than 51% or even 49%. I think we may be offering them 20%. Hopefully we can settle for 30%. A large company as JV partner, who puts the capital upfront would be also great and I bet Mark is already thinking about that
