What an amazing update this week from AEG. A resigning Board level CFO and NED golden boy Max has managed under one of his other directorship to drive yet another renewable energy company into receivership. Is anyone else getting that sickly Eaton mess taste in their mouth.

Dave Guvnor is once again knocking out embarrassing truth bombs against Rowan on his @DaveGuv Twitter account. Why does Rowan make so many enemies with his vitally important staff and then tries to convince his shareholders his masterplan is working? Very strange how Ford's CEO Jim Farley greatly appreciates the expertise Munro brings to the table but Rowan couldn't.

JoMOP I'm not very well versed on the current takeover procedures but do seem to remember 30% being an important milestone needing to be reached to proceed. However more concerning within 10 minutes of me highlighting the 21st July takeover RNS AEG has been forced to announce "The Company has today been informed by Close that this Announcement was released in error" Once again this exposes another bad due diligence procedure carried out by the Board. Analysing the high uptick in trading volumes since the 21st I do hope confidence remains for all.

JoMOP on 21st July a RNS announced there'd been a Rule 8.3 Takeover form filed by Close Asset Management. If Close Asset Management are moving forward intending to takeover AEG I think an increase firstly in trading volume which is then followed by price is highly likely.

Maverickmoney you say you can't speak for the due diligence which was carried out in Lumberton to make sure for the rapid transition to the new site. A quick Google search shows it being over 2100 miles away so this must have been a very difficult decision for key members of the Salt Lake City team to up route and relocate that vital knowledge to Lumberton. Can you please provide details to how many excepted the challenging opportunity to move to the land of plentiful biomass.

OK thanks Maverickmoney so to conclude the RNS's could only be a deliberate use to misinform the market and Rowan was very much leading the team. However in Rowan's defense after he identified perhaps Salt Lake being feedstock deficient and Lumberton being the new chosen land did he implement the correct due diligence before moving forward with the new site purchase so allowing for a speedy transition with again correct permits, infrastructure and most importantly a team with the skillset to rapidly deploy into North Carolina

OK thanks Maverickmoney so Dave/Guv over enthusiasm about Utah may have come from him, like many other investors, naively buying into a RNS which was totally misleading. Rowan also stated at this year's AGM he wasn't seriously involved in Coal Switch during the Salt Lake era. Is this a fare recollection of events which you remember as a key player & joint inventor of the key patent.

OK thanks Maverickmoney so being one of the inventors of the process patent which Rowan parades as being AEG's future certainly gives gravity to your answers. My first area of concern is
at last weeks AGM Dave/Guvnor questioned Rowan as to why he decided to move from Utah to Lumberton when all the vital infrastructure, key personnel, permits and good relationships with the Utah Government were in place. His response seemed to shift blame on the team in Utah being unable to deliver any Coal Switch product which contradicts RNS made by him and statements made at the 2018 AGM when he took over both CEO and Chairman position. Which one is true was product produced in Utah so validating the RNS or could this have been what is now suggested as a naughty share value pumping exercise which Rowan clearly participated in.

No Maverickmoney just trying to eliminate potential confusion and remove any allegations you were just the tea boy so unqualified to comment or answer questions I would like to ask. Do you process a particular skillset which attracted AEG to employ you.

Hi Maverickmoney. Thanks for coming forward to share important inside information and to help us long term suffering share holders get a better understanding of what really played out in Utah. Can I firstly ask if you were employed by AEG or brought in as a contractor.

Aladdinsane it seems Dave has recovered from his Rowan induced bloody nose bashing and is conducting a AEG poll with questions on his Twitter account @DaveGuv. Perhaps you may like to participate.

Aladdinsane unfortunately I also missed the AGM but did get the opportunity to listen to the full Investor Meet Company live recording of the event before the so called Rowan's bloody nose bashing incident of Dave was removed. What I heard was quite the reverse where Dave got the full Board to confirm he does actually possess the expertise he refers to on his Twitter account and was also very instrumental bringing the Coal Switch product into AEG. He probed Rowan very hard around the timeline of non/incorrect permits and events which lead to the total failure at Lumberton along with the loss of many millions of investor funds. He then pushed Rowan why he had decided to relocate the operation over 2.000 miles away from the Salt Lake City where the machine was operating, all permits were in place, the expert staff/team resided, the Utah Government were being highly supportive and the important relationships with Rocky Mountain Power and University of Utah were based just around the corner. Rowan's response was absolutely shocking stating the machine in Utah never actually produced Coal Switch and he wasn't seriously involved in the company at that time so Dave reminded him he was in fact the Chairman and he'd made RNS's stating the machine was successfully running. So Aladdinsane if you view that exchange on record at the official AGM as Rowan giving Dave a bloody nose I must conclude you are the one consuming a little to much tipple and severely suffering from being punch drunk after the very many blows Rowan has delivered to your share value. Also seeing how the share price value is now trading below pre AGM values even after the so called new positive announcements do you still believe Rowan's master plan is truly un-raveling before our very tired eyes.

Seeing the current share price movement and there still being no RNS updating shareholders on the sale of the never permitted Lumberton and massive waste of investor's funds site, I think we need to prepare for news of the due diligence may have returned a negative result.

Aladdinsane it seems you've actuality gone completely insane with constantly accusing everyone on this site who dares to question Rowan's terrible performance as being Dave/Guvnor. It's very strange your carrying out this campaign while hiding behind the pseudonym of the persona of one of the greatest Dave's whoever lived. Why don't you just man up and engage with Dave on his Twitter account because you know his right to defend himself against your allegations has been withdrawn from here. The info he's shared on Twitter is very interesting and may also give you like me the courage to stand-up at the coming AGM and shout "I am Spartacus"

Hi Damian. I don't think AEG ever had a facility in Canada. There was much hype of a 30 year forest management agreement with the Newfoundland Government but after wasting over a million of shareholders funding it turned out to be just another one of Rowan's huge white elephants like all his projects since he joined the Board in 2016. The only other opportunity in Canada was the IP license agreement with Grand Chief Ron Derrickson which has also turned into a massive cash drain with a ongoing multiple million dollar lawsuit.

I fully agree Damian1012 we unfortunately find ourselves with a CEO who's track record to run a LSE listed PLC ranks him lower than Krusty the Clown

That's a little unfair Bagga018. At least clowns have a positive effect because they bring happiness by being funny which unfortunately is the complete opposite to anything Rowan has ever brought to his AEG shareholders.

Stifler you seem to be doing a Boris Johnson U turn with your opinions of Rowan.
Perhaps you should have listened a little closer to Dave Guvnor rather than attacking him.
The warnings he shared on his Twitter feed are now being exposed and Rowan's band of "Keep buying more shares" supporters have disappeared like he has done with many millions of investment funds.
