Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Unfortunately Avacta or those in power with the ability to use us seem to want to totally defy all logic and ignore this product, it’s incredibly frustrating for everyone and is literally costing people’s lives, there has to be corruption going on here for these now months ago approved test to be totally stone walled.
Sadly people will continue to perish even when fully vaccinated, no doubt they will improve the figures, tho that will be blown apart now by this freedom day ****** and the general public just thinking everything is ok again.
I believe the vaccines give a slightly better outcome with delta so not completely useless but other strains are coming, I think a fully vaccinated country and continuing fatalities will leave the government with very little choice other than to start using highly accurate LFD tests to identify the infectious for all of the variants, I know we haven’t confirmed for them all but expect we will.
The guy is totally opposed to lft and just champions PCR so I’d be very (pleasantly) surprised if he talked up Avacta as he blocks anyone that points out to him how accurate they are. Bizarre this twat is given air time tbh, doesn’t take 2 minutes searching to discredit him.
All of Al’s talking answers in the Q&A where pulled directly from the recording of the presentation of 21st June.
It was only the written answers that gave anything we hadn’t seen before.
I thought the most interesting LFD news was that the professional use only could be ratified by a trained person (so basically self test), enabling companies to train a few people and use our tests right now.
Ideally Medusa who it appears to be on to get home use CE mark get their skates on and have that rubber stamped as it’s pretty clear after all this time that the government led MHRA aren’t going to afford us emergency use like they did their alleged paymasters from China.
This uplift seems to have been triggered by the publishing (re) of the Q&A from the 21 June presentation, worth another listen and read where no recorded answers are given.
This seemed very pertinent right now
Q26: Can you explain how a ‘professional use’ test is administered in the real world?
A professional use test can be carried out by a healthcare professional or trained individual. Therefore, in addition to healthcare or social care settings, a trained individual in a workplace, institution, organisation or any location can carry out or oversee the carrying out of a professional use test by a non-professional.
So can see training courses being run soon for an employee or two from every company in the country if they are deemed as trained and professional, enabling them to verify Avacta’s current tests.
The news today is full of people travelling having to produce a PCR test less than 24hrs old on both departure and arrival to many countries. This is literally impossible crippling the travel industry, tell him about a 20minute cheaper, easier to use lateral flow device that anyone could use and has been CE marked for use in all EU countries that is ready to go, solving instantly this multi billion pound loss to the tax payer.
Had my first swab test of the pandemic today at the hospital, I did ask what make it was but the nurses administering it just said NHS, it was throat and nose, ten seconds in both, tonsil and not massively far up but uncomfortable in my nose, didn’t hang around for the results.
I’m highly vulnerable and was asked if I would trial a nasal spray that could possibly prevent Covid in immunosuppressed patients, of course I was only too glad to try have more protection, however they then told me 50% were placebo, I was thinking 10% ffs.
So I suspect I was tested using a Chinese device that could throw up any result, if it’s positive I’ll be buying some Avacta for an accurate reading.
First time ever I’ve seen an MP speak out, why aren’t more doing so, not just for our share price but for people’s lives, it’s an absolute disgrace and surprised the opposition at least aren’t right on top of this and at least trying to score points for themselves by showing how morally bankrupt this whole affair is.
The MHRA just granted Innova emergency home use so they could use it for schools and everywhere else, the same government dept that assessed Avacta’s test for the CE mark so they surely are familiar enough with it to do exactly the same with Avacta’s test, but I suspect Chinese money is greasing some palms.
So what, these should be selling LFDs now, he sat on tv early last year saying it worked, over a year later still not sold one, this share price should be towards £10 not floundering under £2, they should be shouting from the rooftops about this, if your happy then I refer you to pigs in sh$t.
About to happen in Al Smith talk is about 3 years, forget about the cancer therapies, they have spent over a year in a pandemic with the best test in the world, passed all the approvals and still not sold one. When and only when they are churning out millions of LFD a month and pulling in billions of revenue a year can we begin to think about the other strings to Avacta’s bow. They have said they are prioritising the LFD work and look how long this is taking, so don’t be expecting the cancer side to be commercialised for a couple of years minimum imo.
Has a recording of yesterday’s presentation been released yet as I’d like to give it another lesson, I turned off after Al stopped talking and passed it onto the never never land business someone else rattled on about. It’s tanked solely because of the words Al came out with, without having re listened and from memory they may be able to ramp up to 5m in a couple of months UK only, professional use only, he put that across about a dozen times but never actually said when home use was expected. He mentioned European 1m a month, fantastic, but then said that would be a couple of months away. That’s why it’s tanked, jam tomorrow, had he come out and said GAD and Abingdon had made 50m and all where ready to ship this week having been ordered by hospitals across the land, the price would be up, it’s that simple folks.
Who actually works in the sales department at Avacta, seriously there’s been a pandemic for 16 months and they have one product to sell that the world needs, the product they are selling is the best performing in the WORLD, it’s the easiest to use in the WORLD, and it’s fast, it’s been CE marked in the UK and Europe, how can they not have got one single deal over the line. Ok it’s professional use, sell to a f**king care home group or something, how can they not come up with one single order in all this time, it beggars belief.
