1. The "Lifestyle" Ratio

Total Loss (2025): $1.09 Million (£860k).

The Shock: Almost 80% of that loss was Selling, General & Admin (G&A) expenses.

The Reality: They spend roughly $95,000 (£75k) every single month just to keep themselves employed. They are burning through your cash at the office while you wait for a "Namibia miracle" that’s been "in the data room" for 2 years.
