Juts a thought - some say i post too much. Have to fend off misinformation/ trolling for the betterment. Specially when ''should'' and 'If' are taken as given 100%, and doom and gloom is 100% - when shares going up in volume, and ask getting dryer than a Sahara desert.

- should they be approved with 75% of votes - , and what if should not! We holders don;t want other exchange shares we want these.
- should they get 29%, and what if stay voters get 30% too. hence why ask is getting dry day by day.

(Most can't muster the capacity and short circuit very quickly - I am here because i started here many many years ago, and like to put back from where I learned and gained). IMHO, but its all about your own end to end DD, and seeing what is possible.

Shareholder power, they already have the power, can't you see. It is possible they will gain more power. It's called keep buying and holding. Simple as that.

Question for anyone onboard - Do you support shareholders, and should the ceo pay more for the attempt got b/o, based on that the IPO was 200p not long ago and now this trying to take back cheap? Yes or No.
A simple question, only a decent person can answer.
And :
Can all shareholders vote on the 2 motions? yes/ no
Can PI and new/old buyers buy enough up to impact vote, and impact higher b/o price than what the ceo has paid this year ? yes/no
If you answer yes to the above, and then buy up or hold more important. If no. then you deluding yourself and fear the worst - trying to inflict on others doing so well here.

You can't say we want to go private, and assume you will get shares off shareholders just like that, but they have put in backstop so shares can still be traded etc. Therefore given the b/o interest, this is all to play as more and more hold, so we can force the managements hand here for better offer. I have nothing to lose only to gain from this low end.
DD goes on, may pick up more, if we all break/hold 5+
As many have said there on Monday, there will be some forward and back, to reach double digits.
At least Hereishopin is now in now and has said 8p, was not believer Monday, but sure is now.
A few other need to change there tune, and it will really fly.
