Difficult jurisdiction, you said it yourself, Harry should've left TK well alone, and concentrated all of KEFi's efforts on the SA prospects. Very bad management to waste 10 years and untold dilution both in shares and the SA prospects. It may come off, but how many shareholders has he ruined in the meantime. In other words, this was a vanity project for Harry, total mis-management of the limited company resources. He should've gone after failing to do basic DD on ANC, who just happen to be a fake company.

better pull your finger out, only 10 years left on the mining licence that was granted in 2015. The Tulu Kapi Mining Agreement between the Ethiopian Government and KEFI was formalised in April 2015. The terms include a 20-year Mining Licence, a 5% Government free-carried interest and full permits for the development and operation of Tulu Kapi.

So if they start mining in 2027, that's just 8 years left on the license
