3 weeks to call an EGM, that means the November window to close off the last of the $100m funding is closing fast. Harry did say month or so. So realistically it's just 3 weeks in December to get this done. The $240m debt facility can only be drawn down after the $100m equity stake is closed off.

Actually looking at that again the first 8 trades total 650k then 650k dumped in 4 trades. Coincidence perhaps.

Hmmmm.. It could be that I'm always a skeptic but the sum total of the first 7 trades that all appeared closed together was 600k shares, then we get 600k shares dumped in 3 trades. Could be a very clever pump and dump.

If Alludium gets accepted as the industrial standard for building AI agents then the skies the limit for this stock. If it becomes another betamax then NoistheCTAItime can have all my stock.

One bit of proper good news and this could 10 bag in a moment. £10m mcap for a £240m revenue company is not to far out the questions. Over 50% of shares tightly held by the director and I think 17% by another family. Leaves just around 33m shares to trade. Yes the good news will have to involve either them getting back into profit, a new deal that will create value or the TETE thing after about 657 years finally coming through.

I think it will take a little time, but having just watched that video from SVV they pointed to one company that went from zero to $700m in just a few months. So anything is possible. This could be huge in next to no time, or a slow burner that never takes off. You just don't know in the IT world.

Yesterday this stock was hot today it's cold, what changed. Never truly understand market sentiment, it's almost like which side of the bed you get out on.

For me it only bounces when the bid moves not the ask. Anyway, in terms of company RNS's the market only knows of the Birmingham recycling plant and plans for a spac listing this year (which now looks very unrealistic). Come on BoD tell the market of Germany, Japan, let us know what's happening with the SPAC!
