We had a count down of share trades, 9,8,7,6,5,4, of shares.

Ok lets assume Robert didn't sell like we all assumed last week, then somebody did dump 1.5m in two transactions. I guess we'll never know. Anyway, now we know the timetable for the SPAC I'm hoping some more funds become available soon so I can take advantage of this price.

I'm assuming that Robert Sewell has now disposed of most of these free shares. The 300k yesterday being the last. The 2m share sale is probably what has held this back.

Ronvee that's all people have been talking about some event on Wednesday on here. As for events of the past , things repeat (not specific to kefi) buy the rumor sell the news.

We've still got Canada to digest the news, will they sell it down as well?

@ronvee Look what happened with the bank sign offs. So many people bought in for that event, the moment it was announced after an initial small spike the SP tanked from 1.7p down to 1.2p.

Obviously this is all speculation and I don't know what will happen if a ceremony happens or not, but i reckon (again my opinion) the SP will fall back to

maybe 1.6-1.7 if nothing happens this week. There is so much hot money in here, AIM is full of very short traders and that's why I said in my post before short term price movement. Also there could also be a sell on news, which we all know happens but I think final confirmation of ALL finance in place will outweigh the sell on news crowd. Again all speculation. Boy it's like nobody is allowed to post anything other than £3 by Christmas on here.

From what can see the SP is stuck between 50-60p at the moment with short term traders creating the volume and movement. Somebody may have very well buying and selling that channel over the past couple of months.

2 x 100k and a 50k all at 15p just after open when the spread was 14.5p-15p.

Because it's a share chat forum where people discuss every aspect of a stock. people here are posting endless stuff about level 2 which changes by the second. I'm just pointing out that there could be a lot of very disappointing traders here if there is no ceremony tomorrow.

Lot's of people buying in with the idea there'll be some sort of cutting the red tape ceremony tomorrow. If there isn't I see the SP falling back quite sharpish. And before anybody jumps on my back I only talking about short term price movements here.

Have I got this right robjm66 who has been ramping KEFI since day one has announced his sold out.

Excuse my ignorance as it's one hell of a word soup legal mumble jumble of an RNS, is this the same SPAC that was due to complete in Oct/Nov 2025 now pushed back to Sept 2026?

The Company advises that the disclosure of the break down of the number of ordinary shares issued to Brian Chu in satisfaction of contractual remuneration contained an error. The correct break down of the number of shares (based on the 5-day VWAP at each quarter end) is set out below.
