It doesn’t look like.. from the 4 Oct 2022 IMC Q&A
Q4: Can you please advise if one of the MMUs is still in storage at the CEPSA refinery if not where is it now?
The items in storage are en-route to Northern Europe from Spain.

We still don’t know who the fuel supplier is going to be… and what about MMU installation lead-times etc? May sounds very aggressive but would love to be wrong
TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, provides an update with respect to the Company's 100% owned subsidiary, Greenfield Energy LLC's ("Greenfield"), potential acquisition of the remaining ownership and membership rights and interests in Tar Sands Holdings II LLC ("TSHII") (the "Membership Interests"). As previously announced, Greenfield owns a 10% Membership Interest in TSHII and holds an exclusive option (the "Option"), exercisable at its sole discretion, to acquire the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests for additional cash consideration of US$16.25 million which was scheduled to expire on 28 February 2023 (the "Agreement").
The Company is currently in discussions with the counterparty to the Agreement with a view to seeking a further extension to the exercise period in respect of such Option. There can be no certainty that the Option will be extended or that the required funding can be secured to complete the acquisition of the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests. A further announcement will be made in due course.
For the ones like me not knowing the abbreviation.

As far as I can tell, Steve Hattersley has appeared between Feb 7 and today on Tomco's significant holders (>3%) list. At least I didn't notice him on the list before...
Significant holders now updated with Matt Jones: https://www.tomcoenergy.com/investors/share-register/

Anyone knows this Matthew Jones? 6.8% !
I also wonder when the Wärtsilä test reports will be published.
From the 25 November AGM statement:
“bioMSAR™, bioMSAR Zero & RDI -Testing of glycerine-based bioMSAR™ in relation to the MSC project has been successfully completed by Wärtsilä and affiliates at test facilities in Italy. Final test reports are expected before the end of 2022. Aquafuel diesel engine testing on bioMSAR™ and other fuel and biofuel formulations to support the new Quadrise Blend-on-Board solution is also scheduled to be completed before the end of the year.”
It wouldn't surprise me if the company will extend the Morocco warrants given QFI was primary at fault for the trial delays
Your crystal ball works pretty well ! Respect
I rather have a smaller slice of the pie than no pie at all. I’m personally very happy with this set-up as it IMO hugely de-risks the fuel supply.

++++++++++
Q15: What is the plan for fuel supply to MSC Leandra for the at sea trials, is a refinery involved or will it be a purchase of heavy oils by QFI. Do we have a supply risk to MSC on movement to commercial supply potential at the interim LoNO stage?
A: We are working with existing suppliers of bunker and biofuel to MSC who have the licenses and the credit lines to progress to commercial supply once the operational trial progresses positively.
