Since there was no ceiling mentioned in the WRAP retail offer extension I would assume the BOD decided to give the full allocation to everyone (subject to confirmation) ... now BOD take a wake up call from your PIs and get rid of PH and RF ... Of the £1.12m raised from the WRAP Retail Offer, £10,000 is from a director of the Company (as previously committed in the announcement on 28 March) and £50,000 is additional interest from an institutional investor on the placing book, which WRAP has agreed to settle.

Has anyone consider that the trial results may already be available ... Pending payment? Perhaps that's why the current finance deal is so vital? I would not be surprised if results are released soon after the financing is done and dusted.

You'd be cutting it fine, registering an account, buying shares on the open market then getting the broker to register you as a share holder with the WRAP vendor, then applying for the offet. Fat chance I'd say but good for you if you succeed. LH&K Mafuta

If you want to subscribe to the WRAP offer and have not been contacted by your broker you should contact them ASAP bearing in mind this is a holiday weekend and the offer closes 10am on Tuesday ... But you have to be a current shareholder to qualify ... BTW ... This is not advice to buy or financial advice.
