Makes total sense to me. Think of ARB acting like a pseudo CryPto SPAC right now.

Your more precious resource BTC is still predicted to increase or £100k in medium term so make no sense selling it right now, (not like Gordon Brown who so stupidly sold all of U.K. Gold bullion reserves back in early noughties before gold value multiplied over next decade. )
Also At same time diversify into other crypto related investments so share value of company isn’t solely reliant on BTC value is also smart

I’m sure when BTC hits £100k this will be looked back as the right thing. If this funding exercise is repeated more frequently over next year then we can question funding via BTC, but think we should give benefit of doubt, given the fast period of growth and expansion

We had similar £1m and £2m late buy trades last week shown up,as TNCP trade and nothing shown as a TR1.

Also the :free float stands at 98% (498m /505m) so not many sticky II lth invested at the moment either. So this is just being toyed with right now.

Also. Bear in mind that this was 13x oversubcribed, so there would have been a number of ‘ serious‘ investors who would have got nowhere near their requested allocatiion . So to my.mind this is what we are currently seeing being played out with investors being given opportunity to get in at what is deemed as ‘fair’ mkt price in terms of mkt cap and not the FOMO price last Friday which was 4x iPO.
This large order filing followed up by Holding RNS could continue for a few days depending how long the queue is of large orders as a result of its popularity..

Once more normal market buy/ sell behaviour resumes with no more elephants in the room this should gradually tick up as sentiment should still be fresh and bullish at this early stage

Should hopefully see at least a RNS or tow about Holdings in Company or a TR-1 maybe given the recent large buys. Anything else is a bonus

All the delayed trades from yesterday are mostly sells not buys and were used to fill that huge £910k order after hours. This follows big orders filled Monday of £1m and £2m.

Until these big buy orders stop this sp isn’t going to budge

ZOE mkt cap is £180m and is still to distribute its products and still making a loss, so this is just short term sentiment following initial launch. Potential is still there to quickly uptick.

This recovery in sp makes no sense given where they are still in manufacutring , which still looks like months away. But lucky you were about to recover still. Should have waited...

Not sure what I read into the current recovery of SP

The only risk here is killing sentiment right now on CBD in short term

At the end of the day, sp and and mkt cap don’t mean anything right now as company is not producing any products for 6 months and therefore sp can be anything the market sentiment wants it to be as there are no fundamentals or forecasts And no peer comparison that can be used as whole sector is new to market

If you are purely looking to get in and out short term on sentiment It was always a punt. And this did totally opposite price action to KNB. Ie Day 1, 2 &3 of KNB was basically like Day 3, 2 and 1 for KNB

Medium to long term it should pay dividend given the market potential and diversity of experience with bod and their commercial contacts

This is exactly same price action as yesterday.
Basically there are large orders being filled for big players who want to get in at a better price as Sp on Friday opened far too high

For Mms to achieve that all the sell trades from previous days at higher sp get held and delayed and slotted in as late trades after hours the following day to fill the buy order

Yesterday there was massive 2 buy orders After market close Filled at £2m and £1mrespectively @ @14.5p le dl and this was filled using sizeable sells form yesterday and Friday which were all at higher prices. Friday sells would appear as buys yesterday On lse because algo sees Friday trades price much higher than closing bid/ ask yesterday but these are def sells

Based on today’s price action Expect to see something similar today. Another big buy trade after close and a bunch of big sell trades that were held and slotted in after close to fill the order including sells from yesterday as well as today.

This is the only explanation I can think of for the mis match in buy/ sell ratio and falling sp
