I think you need to end you fettish with AB, just do simple maths, company has over �2m in cash, no debt, mkt cap of just 4,5m. The have c.25m shares in Jupiter Mines which is worth around �6m, steelmin asset is worth around �10m to RRR this will be proved very soon. AB has said he hopes the migori license is reinstated shortly, this again is worth over �10m to us. Quite simply this is a no brainer AT CURRENT PRICE, eventually value will be realised.

Steelmin will go in production in April, they have managed to get a cheaper loan to take them into production, ferrosilicon is sold around $1550 per ton, the first furnace is fully funded and is expected to produce 29000t of ferrosilicon, one can expect ebitda eur 13m per annum from this. We own 22% of this asset, i think this will be great asset for RRR, dont forget they have another furnace to recondition.

the only issue i have with VOG now is that this is the busiest time in terms of their sales, they have lost 50% of their sales and spent loads on the two workover rigs. I can sense a placing coming shortly, sp falling below this..

its looking likely that Steelmin will extend loan like they are entitled to do as per loan terms,i am not just look at the steelmin repayment i am looking at the whole assets, its cheap. Too much is happening here... Wont be selling any of my shares, these will be worth near 3p in few months, imho

Zumore I think you are misunderstanding me, the Luxemburg company may want to see the commencement of production first and then issue the loan, so maybe as soon as production commenced a suitable loan signed. Let's see what rrr says...

still you lot dont understand, it looks certain that the steelmin loan will be extended, nothing sinister in this, it was part of the original loan terms, please read the rns. Should the loan get extended then from next month steelmin will have to pay us monthly and we will have to pay yorkville monthly also. Im very confident this plant will be producing next month and should the Luxembourg funding not come through then im convinced another similar one will come next month when steelmin are in production. Plenty happening in the next 6 weeks here, loads of news expected. -Steelmin loan repayment -Jupiter dividends/buyback payout in March -Steelmin commencing production -Jupiter IPO -El Limon Loan repayment in early April -Migori Gold license reinstated possibly..
