As I write, Nordic Rig#3 is on location drilling the Winx-1 well. The well will test a conventional oil prospect, defined by 3D seismic, in the Nanushuk play fairway on the Alaskan north slope with a gross mean unrisked prospective resource of 400 million barrels. It is arguably one of the most significant wells to be drilled by an ASX listed entity in 2019 and offers substantial upside to 88E shareholders in the event of success.

around $4m should it be a duster but with armstrong/repsol buying acreage east of our asset this drill is looking extremely positive.

88e fell from 0.6p -0.3p waiting for the drill results, when oil shows were encoutered it went to 4p.

If the nanushuk has oil shows you can can be confident its commercial, just 4 miles from a massive find.

I think this can 5 bag if oil shows are encountered. imho

i think if they strike on any zone the oil in ground will be worth at least $5 per barrel this is without any developing or further investment taking place.

Also worth noting the nanusuq 3d doesn't show data for all our blocks, data especially in bottom left of our four block will be interesting should we strike.

Nanuq south 3d was conducted in 2004, nothing is certain its an exploration well.

You only have to look around our four blocks to see real potential, the nanuq south 3d was also used to find the large horseshoe find by Armstrong. High amplitute signals are very similar to that find, we know there is oil in our block as it was encoutered in 1972 with no 3d at the well few miles north of our target. Its interesting to note that well has no abnormal amplitude anamolies, our target has strong amplitute anamolies.

Remember at the willow in 2017 using similar technique oil was found in willow field at the nanushuk zone, its being repeated various times.

He saying they stepped out 21 miles, and he thinks its 40 miles long and 3 miles wide. I suppose the additional 20 miles is south of our acreage..

Great Bear even merged with panr so they were clearly distressed. If i was rmp and they find oil they should just sell their stake in it.

Cronus1, Atlas1, Atlas1a and Itkillik River 1 well all encoutered oil in the torok formation, the reservoir quality were not good in all.
